Riccardo Chailly leads the Chor de la Generalitat Valencia and the
Orchestra de la Comunitat Valencia in Davide Livermore's energetic
production of Puccini's opera, recorded at the Palau De Les Arts
Reina Sofia in December 2012. The soloists include Gal James,
Aquiles Machado, Carmen Romeu and Massimo Cavalletti.
Renée Fleming takes the title role in this production of
Donizetti's opera recorded live at the San Francisco Opera in 2012.
Other cast members include Michael Fabiano, Elizabeth DeShong and
Vitalij Kowaljow. The conductor is Riccardo Frizza.

production of Janácek's fantasy opera, recorded live at Florence's
Teatro Comunale in 2009. Armenian/Canadian soprano Isabel
Bayrakdarian takes the lead role as the vixen, with American Quinn

Pier Giorgio Morandi.
Mojca Erdmann, Elin Rombo and Virpi Raisänen lead the cast in this
world premiere performance of Wolfgang Rihm's operatic fantasy,
recorded live at the 2010 Salzburg Festival. Based on Nietzsche's
late cycle of poems 'Dionysus-Dithyrambs', the performance features
distinctive staging by Jonathan Meese. Ingo Metzmacher conducts the
Deutsches Symphonieorchester.
Alessandro Sangiorgi conducts the Orchestra and Chorus of the Sofia
National Opera in this production of Verdi's opera, recorded at the
medieval stronghold of the Tsaverets Fortress in Veliko Tamovo,
Bulgaria in 2011. The soloists featured include Orlin Anastasov,
Ventsalav Anastasov and Radostina Nikolaeva.
Ole Anders Tandberg's visually striking debut production for
Norwegian National Opera. Recorded live in 2010, Birgitte
Christensen, Jacek Laszczkowski and Tim Mead head an international
cast, with Allesandro De Marchi conducting.
