To God be the glory for the things he has done. He has done great
things. I bring you greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior
Jesus Christ. This book is written under the inspiration of the
Holy Spirit. It begins with memories of my struggle as a child
learning to survive living in a life of poverty, where my mother
did everything she could to take care of her children. It also
depicts my enthusiasm to strive to be a breadwinner at an early
age. The recording of the dreams started from a dream in which the
Spirit spoke to me. Its sole purpose is to encourage those who have
made a conscious decision to live according to the word of God that
they are not alone. We are going to have trials and tribulations in
this walk of life. Don't give up. God is always there with you.
Even during the most difficult challenges of your life. Jesus said
I will never leave you nor forsake you. I will be with you until
the very end. Although we cannot see him, He has a way of revealing
Himself to us. The assurance that God is with you is shown by the
manifestation of how he places his angels around you to protect,
encourage, and minister to your every need. In this book, you will
read about the times in my life which God has revealed himself to
me through angelical beings spiritually and physically. Through
struggles and life challenges, they have been with me all the way.
They were either by vision or physical existence. Hold on to your
dreams and keep the vision alive. "Hebrews 13:5 says, Let your
conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such
things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor
forsake thee.
The enemy is enraged. He knows he has but a short time and
ferociously attacks God's creation. However, it is possible to
defend ourselves, especially for the Christian who is knowledgeable
and aware of aggressive prayer. Supported by rich teachings, this
spiritual warfare manual contains powerful and targeted prayers to
dislodge and to put to shame the works of darkness. In this book
are discussed the judgments of the spiritual world, travel and
ancestral forces, flight in dreams, evil baths, and the evil spirit
of your uncle. In addition, we address the issue of accidents
caused by the spiritual world, bad news, nostrils' deliverance,
forces attacking marriages, and finally strange things. Supported
with real examples, these topics of everyday life are dissected so
that the depths of the Bible are accessible to all. Th is book is
for anyone who wants to know more about spiritual warfare, whether
they are pastors, ministers, workers, Christians engaged in
spiritual warfare, or even those who are tormented by the spirits
of the world of darkness and who want to end their afflictions.
This is the story of one woman's journey through life. This is
my story. You are invited to travel this road with me as I relive
hardship as well as all the joys life has to offer. This is an
inspirational story. The intention of this book is to show you
that, even in adversity, if you set your vision high enough you can
overcome anything. "With God all things are possible." As you read,
you will see how I turned my misfortune into victory through
relentless faith. This book was written to motivate and encourage.
I sometimes find myself at the top of the mountain filled with joy
and then in the depths of the valley filled with despair. The one
constant is that God is on that mountain rejoicing with me and is
also in the valley healing my wounds. When you start reading this
book, you will see me as the author, but by the time you are
finished you may see me as your friend. "No one has ever seen God,
but if we love each other, God lives in us, and his love is truly
in our hearts" (1 John: 4-12).
Folklore has been a phenomenon based on nostalgic and autochthonous
nuances conveyed with a story-telling technique with a penchant for
over-playing and nationalistic pomp and circumstance, often with
significant consequences for societal, poetic, and cultural areas.
These papers highlight challenges that have an outreaching
relationship to the regional, rhetorical, and trans-rhetorical
devices and manners in Kurdish folklore, which subscribes to an
ironic sense of hope all the while issuing an appeal for a largely
unaccomplished nationhood, simultaneously insisting on a linguistic
solidarity. In a folkloric literature that has an overarching
theory of poetics - perhaps even trans-figurative cognitive poetics
due to the multi-faceted nature of its application and the
complexity of its linguistic structure - the relationship of man
(and less frequently woman) with others takes center stage in many
of the folkloric creations. Arts are not figurative representations
of the real in the Kurdish world; they are the real.
"Ron and June Travis have been working in the trenches of
Baptist life for the past forty-five years: "With their own
family.Team teaching and conducting seminars for adolescents,
newlyweds, budgeting, and finance. Serving as a Deacon. Working on
committees for Personnel, Finance, or Long-Range Planning. Serving
as a leader and then Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 266 in
Gardendale, Alabama.
Ron is now writing about their experiences, and his career,
which have been based on honor, honesty, and integrity in following
the constitution, bylaws, rules, and stated intentions of each
organization they have been a part of.
"This Book is written to share Ron's beliefs about the
Cooperative Program and each individual's responsibilities as we
come together to rule autonomous local Baptist churches and
cooperate with other like-minded congregations to accomplish the
Great Commission and the mandate found in Acts 1."
When, in Obergefell v. Hodges, the US Supreme Court held that bans
on same-sex marriage violate the Constitution, Christian
conservative legal organizations (CCLOs) decried the ruling.
Foreseeing an “assault against Christians,” Liberty Counsel
president Mat Staver declared, “We are entering a cultural civil
war.” Many would argue that a cultural war was already well
underway; and yet, as this timely book makes clear, the stakes, the
forces engaged, and the strategies employed have undergone profound
changes in recent years. In Defending Faith, Daniel Bennett shows
how the Christian legal movement (CLM) and its affiliated
organizations arrived at this moment in time. He explains how CCLOs
advocate for issues central to Christian conservatives, highlights
the influence of religious liberty on the CLM’s broader agenda,
and reveals how the Christian Right has become accustomed to the
courts as a field of battle in today’s culture wars. On one level
a book about how the Christian Right mobilized and organized an
effective presence on an unavoidable front in battles over social
policy, the courtroom, Defending Faith is also a case study of
interest groups pursuing common goals while maintaining unique
identities. As different as these proliferating groups might be,
they are alike in increasingly construing their efforts as a
defense of religious freedom against hostile forces throughout
American society—and thus as benefitting society as a whole
rather than limiting the rights of certain groups. The first
holistic, wide-angle picture of the Christian legal movement in the
United States, Bennett’s work tells the story of the growth of a
powerful legal community and of the development of legal advocacy
as a tool of social and political engagement.

... is a collection of Christian poetry. This book shares my belief
and faith in God, in prayer and in praise. I was a soul struggling
for sanity. Thinking my life defeated, to Him - God - I wholly
retreated. He enabled me to weather the storm. I hope my poetry
will lift the spirit of readers in bleak hours, and encourage them
to enjoy the beauty of this great world, and accept God's
invitation to everlasting life. I would like to relate that God is
always there to steer a fate if one in patience, in faith, in
prayer -- wait. Ruby Dell Ross, Author

This is a story about two different lives, and how God brought them
together. Their lives were as different as night and day. One lived
a righteous life, and the other lived a border life. Our first life
is the life of Grace. For a long time Grace grew up on a cotton
farm, in the State of Texas. Then one day a hard sand storm came,
and they lost everything they had. Her father sold the farm and
moved to a little town just outside of Waco. Grace lived a
righteous life; her father would read the bible to her and her
brothers. Sunday's they would go to Church. At nights after supper,
Grace, her father and mother would gather around the piano and sing
songs from the Church Hymnal. This went on even after Grace was
married. Our second life is the life of John. John's life was
doomed from birth. Just as Grace, John lived on a farm. John was
born and raised in West-by-god-Virginia. John's parents had
separated by the time he was two. His oldest brother was killed by
a mule at the young age of sixteen. After his mother sold the farm
they moved to Charleston, WV. John stayed there until the 10th
grade. He dropped out of school and joined the Navy. After two
years in the Navy, John went back to finish High School. After High
School, he joined the Air Force. John was not brought up in a
Christian home. When he was younger he was forced to go to Church
and Sunday school with his strict mother. Therefore John did not
like Church, after High School John never went again. Here we have
two people, so far apart, in so many ways, and how God brought them
together to fulfill his plans, and his love for them.
Emmanuel Swedenborg's guide to the afterlife, and the importance of
the human connection to God, remains one of the most celebrated
Enlightenment-era works on the subject. Originally published in
Latin during the mid-18th century, Swedenborg's treatise contains
rich allusions not merely to the realms of the afterlife, but also
to the principles of Christianity. The nature of marriage, an
argument against polygamy, and the concept of a spirit world, and
how spiritual matters influence human will, are some of the notions
raised by Swedenborg that render his thoughts enchanting. According
to Swedenborg, the entirety of this text was inspired after he had
received a divine revelation from God himself. This was simply the
notion that God is the very essence of love in the universe, and
that His divine force intends for every human being to go to
heaven. He never descends into anger or hatred, and the traversal
of every human spirit into heaven was His intention by the very act
of Creation.
Julene grew up in a prominent family with godly virtues but when
tragedy struck it tore them apart. She became a victim of physical,
mental, and sexual abuse. Even though she was elevated to stardom
that did not heal her severed heart, she learned that the cure to
her crisis was not the money or the men but rather it is God. She
discovered that God is the healer who mends everything that is
broken and breathes life into everything that is dead. He gave her
a reason to keep on living, and looking beyond her past failures
and moving into the victories that He prepared for her.
