"A Glimpse of Glory is a wonderful testament to God's love and
promises from one who experienced death-only reluctantly returning
to life as we know it from the hereafter. The author wipes away the
trepidation even Christians feel toward death and an inkling of
what comes next while sharing his own humble beginnings, rugged
upbringing and experiences. Rick East is the real deal and has a
great message in his acceptance of Jesus Christ as his Lord and
Savior and what he believes God wants him to share with as many as
possible. This story is first rate with a vivid emotional impact
and obviously has God's blessing."
-Nick Weyland, fellow author and Christian brother
A Glimpse of Glory
A mysterious illness caused Rick East to lapse into respiratory
failure the afternoon of December 25, 2012. Rick discovered his
spirit was in heaven and was being coached by the Holy Spirit. Rick
saw the city of heaven and had many conversations with the Holy
Spirit. The Holy Spirit answered questions that have puzzled
Christians for years.
"Mind Bungee Jumping went through several titles before I settled
on this one. The title seems to fit what I was trying to accomplish
by writing this book. I am told that when you are bungee jumping
you are filled with anxiety, exhilaration, you get a rush and your
adrenalin starts pumping. It feels as if you are jumping into the
unknown, yet you are attached to reality. The rope or material that
keeps you from falling, also springs you back to reality and
ensures that your feet will eventually touch the ground. However,
the feeling of weightlessness, flying though the air, having no
worries and seeing the world from high above are the same feelings
I get from writing. Material included in this book sends the
message that your imagination is the one thing of beauty that you
can make individually yours and you can touch the rainbow.
Have you ever wondered how to break past faulty thought patterns,
traumatic experiences, social norms, deceptive traditions, and
false religious beliefs that hold individuals captive, hindering
accomplishment of God's Kingdom mandate? Then, "A Paradigm Shift,
In the Presence of the Lord," is a great ministry resource to
assist you in your quest. Because life can produce situations which
manifest feelings of rejection, fear, anxiety, inferiority, and
intimidation individuals may eventually back away from the will of
God for their lives. In order to be fully healed and break free
from such limitations, in this manuscript you will discover: 1. How
to be divinely aligned with the basic principles of God's covenant,
2. How to be healed from the toxins formed in the mind, which
eventually erect fortified walls around the heart, 3. How to
recognize heavenly weapons assigned to every believer that will
destroy satanic hindrances, 4. How to identify change agents and
mid-wives divinely assigned to assist with impartation and birthing
of spiritual gifts. "This is the greatest hour of the Kingdom of
God. Heaven is literally opening up and pouring out God's treasures
of upon the earth realm. For the believer, who is in right divine
alignment with God, the works of Christ will begin to manifest
greater through the vessel, causing paradigm shifts in every facet
of their lives." Yvette Bell This is your season to step into the
fullness of your divine destiny and obtain all that God has for
you. Why be satisfied with the status quo, when you can experience
supernatural transformation and victory during the "Paradigm Shift
"
Raised in a biased family where wrath ruled; finally settling
into the arms of her high-school sweetheart in matrimony, only to
later be torn apart by a devastating divorce, came his confession
of a long-held secret-only years after their blessed reconciliation
and conversion to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
A Travesty and a Triumph of Love is an odyssey in faith and
learning, as one LDS convert comes to work with the Lord Himself,
to find the son she never knew.
This book is a biblical approach to the recovery from obsessions.
The obsessions can be as minor as fishing too often or as major as
full blown addictions to drugs. The point is that Jesus Christ gave
us guidelines on how to moderate and on how to be healed when
necessary from these obsessions. The outline from Matthew in the
New Testament is where Jesus teaches us the format for recovery. It
is why he starts with being "poor in spirit" and ends in being
persecuted for your beliefs. This simple outline from Matthew 5:
1-12 is where basically all recovery programs have their origin,
and I have included in the back of the book a chapter titled "The
beatitudes and their correlation to the twelve steps." It is the
premise of this work to bring clarity to the truth that has always
been in God's Word. It is a work that reads well and was a pleasant
task to write. I hope you will enjoy as well as benefit from its
pages. Thank you for your consideration and for taking the time to
read this brief edit. Dennis Wright
The process of finding ones self, or self worth becomes tedious,
when there is no one there to direct or to give instruction of
purpose and destiny; or mainly the identity, of the person with the
crisis. Prophet Rodney will testify that when he experienced the
disarray of life, there was much unexplained emotional pain.
Feelings of repeated rejection, molested at age eight by a very
close family member. He became overwhelmed with life and the
uncertainty that it brings. Avenues of promiscuity opened and were
vastly available. Many times we in the Body of Christ compromise
the word of God through conversations with satanic voices of
rebellion assigned to us from Satan. Satan has assigned voices to
cause us to fall from the will of God in disobedience of the Word
known to us. Satan desires to lead you to see opposite of what God
wants you to see; and that strips us from position, of such is what
happened to him (Satan).
The deception of Satan that there are many ways to God is heard in
every quarter today from many prominent individuals. However, that
does not mean that it is true. Jesus said of Himself, "I am the
way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except
through Me" (John 14:6). Only one way, not many ways, is available
for sinful humanity; and because of their sin, only God Himself
could provide that way. Sin caused alienation and separation from a
holy God, making it totally impossible for humankind to stand in
His presence. He did, through the shedding of His Son's precious,
sinless blood, make redemption available to the whole world. The
blood of Jesus runs through the entire eternal plan of God for
salvation; there is no other way
Dear Reader, This narrative is like none you have read before. It
is written in a conversational format, without chapter headings. I
would want you to sit down, have a piping hot cup of herbal tea,
put your feet up and delve into my life - a life filled with joy,
sadness, laughter, violence - unto Victory. Keep Kleenex tissues
handy for laughter and sadness. Everything you read, I have
experienced, but as the title states, "He was there ALL the time."
God's had my life in His hands ALWAYS. Warm hugs from, Carol
Ephesians tells us what God has given to us by grace, because of
His own devotion toward His family, to involve us in His glory.
Unlike the other epistles, Ephesians does not chide the Church for
anything. It is concerned with informing us about the richness of
eternal life and inheritance that has been bestowed on us by the
generosity of God. Ephesians gives us a unique look at the heart of
God and how marvelously He has set it up for us in His family and
His Kingdom to share in His wisdom, His power, and His love because
that is what He wanted to do. We have not deserved it and we have
not invoked it by our actions or our faith. God has done it all
because it pleased Him to do it. We are accepted in the beloved
family of God because He has made us to be accepted. Ephesians
proceeds to tell us what this language means in terms of our lives
and relationship to God now. The magnitude of this grace and glory
is staggering:
