Chicken & Chorizo Iberian Pie

Borrowed the book from a friend, made the Iberian chicken and chorizo pie for dinner guests; ridiculously simple but impressive and tasted superb - now that's my kind of cooking. I now have to buy the book for myself so I can try all the other pies and tarts!
