Sat, 20 Aug 2022 | Review by: vera R.

I bought this book years ago to train for my first 21km and it inspired me to run 2 ultra distance events, ma y marathons and half marathons. Sadly the original got lost and I was over the moon to find it again - life changing book written for real people, highly recommended!!
