I have lost almost 40 pounds in the last few months while I was in a Keto diet also am planning to be 100% plant-based soon. This book has been an amazing help with that so far! I’ve tried so many cookbooks but this one is the best inline I really appreciate and love the originality of the plant-based recipes which they also come with nutrition information and are truly low carb.

I love this cookbook! super simple and tasty things to try! It provides a ton of information about the Keto lifestyle as well as a HUGE amount of recipes! this was a great way to have more variety without being overwhelming. For sure I recommend this cookbook to newbie Keto eaters like myself.

Recipes can give you strength

This cookbook contains tons of great recipes that anyone can cook, and all of the ingredients a person needs are very simple and can be obtained at any store. All recipes are wonderful to nourish the body because they contain many important vegetables.

This is the ideal cookbook!

Whether you are vegan, following a keto diet, or just looking for simple tasty food recipes, this is totally worthwhile. The formatting of the book is very easy to read and very informative. I have had this book merely a week and have already made 8-9 recipes in here. This cookbook has made my life 100 x's easier. None of the recipes require special expensive ingredients, It's a wonderful book and I haven't hit any bad recipe.

I absolutely love this cookbook

I absolutely love this cookbook! It has tons of great recipes with ‘normal’ ingredients that most people actually keep on hand. Plus the recipes are pretty easy and quick to prepare which is great for my active lifestyle when I don’t have hours and hours to spend everyday cooking. Also, I love that this book has lots of photos of the foods. For me, that is a big thing in a cookbook when I see a photo and it looks amazing, if course it makes me want to cook it more then just seeing the ingredients. I bought 3 cookbooks so far and this one is by far my favorite so I highly recommend it to anyone.

This is by far the best keto cookbook.

I started a ketogenic diet a few weeks before I bought this book. I am so glad to have it! It explains simply and clearly all the details I had.... and was missing.... This book gives you a way to ease into dropping your carbs with a weekly menu and shopping list! This sure makes it simple!!! I love the recipes, and they add more flavor to my menu! I highly recommend this book for those thinking about this way of eating!

Love this cookbook!

We decided to start eating low carb at the beginning of the year. As always I quickly ran out of ideas for meals. I've had this book a couple of weeks now and absolutely love it!! There has not been one thing I've made we haven't liked... looking forward to trying everything out. I don't think you'd be disappointed trying this out even if you are not doing low carb!! PS... my wife and I are down 40 lbs so far :)
