B. soziale Netzwerke oder Semantic Web, ermoeglichen einerseits eine Steigerung der Produktivitat von Dienstleistungen, sie erfordern andererseits jedoch auch leistungsfahige Methoden und Werkzeuge zur Handhabung und Nutzung in der Unternehmenspraxis.
