Holbein Iridescence Acrylic is an acrylic resin paint that gradually changes colour when viewed from different angles when dry.This shimmer effect is created by compound polarised pigments within the paint. Colours can be thinned with water and are waterproof once dry. There are 10 colours to choose from in 30ml bottles and 5ml tubes, including 6 opaque Chromashine colours and 4 transparent Chroma Pearl Colours. Holbein White Acrylic Gesso is a high-quality and versatile painting ground. It is available in four types of texture and can be used as a traditional underpainting on all surfaces, including canvas, paper, cloth, wood, stone, and primed metal.

This Gesso can be mixed with regular acrylic colour to tint it. It has an excellent tooth for pastel and coloured pencil.
