Sofft Art Sponges are specially formulated for art applications. Each sponge has a unique shape and size, designed specifically for artists and crafters. Every sponge shape is created to replicate a different brush head to allow a wide range of mark making. Different effects can be achieved with each sponge, for example, by using the sides and edges. Finished effects differ from those achieved by brushes as the brush stroke is eliminated. Sofft Sponges enable a more direct connection with the working surface, making it easier to control and predict the final marks achieved.
Fluid Acrylics contain high pigment levels suspended in an acrylic polymer vehicle. The result offers fine dispersion, high tinting strength, durability, flexibility and good adhesion. Fluid Acrylics are ideal for spraying, brushing and staining. Produced from lightfast pigments, not dyes, they offer very strong colors with very thin consistencies.
With Original and Heavy Body versions, System 3 acrylics are highly versatile, water-based acrylic colours. They offer an excellent painting experience at an economical price. Only high-quality pigments are used in the manufacture of the System 3 acrylic ranges, offering significantly greater loading than in other acrylic ranges available in this class. System 3’s comprehensive range of colours offers excellent light-fastness, permanence, durability and covering power.
Royal Talens Amsterdam Standard Acrylics have a high degree of lightfastness and use pure and non-fading pigments, ensuring artworks retain their original colour even after several decades. The binding agent consists of 100% acrylic resin for long-lasting results. Each tube is recyclable and clear, allowing artists to see the true colour and contents with ease. These paints are alkali resistant and this means they are suitable for wall and mural paintings. The paint can be thinned easily with water and, if applied in a thin film, paint can dry within half an hour. Lightfastness: ***Opacity: OpaquePigment code: PBk11
• The paint of the Expert Series is pasty, allowing you to work with it using both a brush and a painting knife.• This acrylic paint contains the highest possible concentration of the purest pigments. This ensures strong and brilliant colours.• The Expert Series comprises a group of colours with authentic, very exclusive pigments.• Many of the colours of the Expert Series are single-pigmented. These colours therefore have a maximum purity. When these single-pigmented colours are mixed they produce a ‘pure' mix.• Due to its basis of a 100% acrylic resin the paint has a durable and flexible paint film.• The acrylic colours of the Expert Series have a uniform degree of sheen. You therefore do not get undesired differences in sheen.• The original colour of the paint is maintained for at least 100 years under museum conditions. This is due to the highest degree of lightfastness of the colours.
Open Acrylics are formulated with an optimum balance of pigment load and 100% acrylic polymer dispersion. They resist skinning, remain wet on the palette for extended periods and exhibit a remarkable versatility that allows them to be used directly from the tube for plein air painting, monoprinting and screenprinting.

By the end of 2005, Old Holland had developed a range of 168 New Masters Classic Acrylics, consisting of opaque and transparent lightfast colours, free of any kind of additives and filler, with a maximum possible pigment content and a minimum colour difference between wet and dry paint. The result of the high dose of pigment and the patented binding system is that each colour displays the unique characteristics of the individual pigment. The paint dries to a satin gloss and can be used in a wide range of techniques, from thick impasto to ultra-thin glazing.
