Dazu sollen insbesondere die wissenschaftlichen und praktischen Grundlagen des Stiftens erforscht werden. Der Erfullung dieser Aufgabe dient die Zeitschrift "Die Stiftung - Jahreshefte zum Stiftungswesen". Sie beinhaltet in ihrer elften Ausgabe die Vortrage, die auf dem von Fundare e.V. veranstalteten "11. Stiftungsrechtstag an der Ruhr-Universitat Bochum" unter dem Globalthema "Die Zukunft der Stiftung" gehalten wurden. Daruber hinaus haben noch weitere Beitrage Aufnahme gefunden. Es werden nicht nur eingehend zivilrechtliche, sondern auch verwaltungs- und steuerrechtliche Problematiken des Stiftungsrechts beleuchtet, wobei die aktuellen Themen im Stiftungs- und Stiftungssteuerrecht nicht vernachlassigt werden.

Der groesste muslimische Dachverband in Deutschland ist die DITIB e.V., de facto der deutsche Arm des - in Deutschland meistens als "Diyanet" bezeichneten - turkischen Prasidiums fur Diyanet-Angelegenheiten (DIB). Anlasslich des 65. Geburtstags von Detlev W. Belling und seines langjahrigen erfolgreichen Wirkens als Direktor des Evangelischen Instituts fur Kirchenrecht an der Universitat Potsdam haben sich zahlreiche Autorinnen und Autoren aus dem Umfeld des Instituts zusammengefunden, um das Wirken des Jubilars zu wurdigen. In the last decade alone, annulements in the United States have increased from 350 to over 30,000. This book approaches the subject of late Roman law from the perspective of legal practice revealed in courtroom processes, as well as more "informal" types of dispute settlement. From at least the early fourth century, leading bishops, ecclesiastics, and Christian polemicists participated in a vibrant culture of forensic argument, with far-reaching effects on theological debate, the development of ecclesiastical authority, and the elaboration of early "Canon law." One of the most innovative aspects of late Roman law was the creation and application of new legal categories used in the prosecution of "heretics."
