This is the 6th edition of NOSH for Students, a book originally inspired by the author's son, Ben, who left for university with no cooking skills. Toasted sandwiches and Mars bars were his staple diet, but these didn't serve him too well! What was needed to encourage him to cook was an easily attainable taste of home, oh, and pictures with every recipe! Nosh for Students was born. Since then, Joy has helped nearly half a million students get cooking with her straightforward and simple approach. Joy helps to take the chore out of cooking, giving students a taste of success and making the experience so much fun.
The Weber Cooking cook book has a wide variety of great recipes to use on any Weber Q, Weber Gas or Charcoal Braai. Enjoy cooking on your Charcoal Weber Kettle, with fantastic and easy to use recipes.
This book is just for you... You might be part of the nearly 8 million people in the UK that live by themselves or the countless other people who, at the very least, simply cook for themselves. - You might be fresh out of university and just starting your career. - You might live in a shared house with others but you still cook for yourself. - You might be at the other end of the scale and find yourself cooking for yourself again for the first time in a long time. - You might be a single parent who eats at a different time (and maybe wants to eat different food?!) to your kids and you want something different rather than reheated leftovers day after day. Whoever you are we have had you in our minds while writing this book. There is a real range of scenarios you might all find yourselves in but here are the things we have tried to stick to throughout this book which make this book perfect for one: for you.

Looking for the ultimate guide to sandwiches? Look no further! From buns, wraps and kebabs to hotdogs, burgers and bao, Max’s World of Sandwiches celebrates sandwiches in all their forms. Max’s World of Sandwiches is broken into two sections: sandwiches and components. The sandwich recipes marry the elements in the components section, putting every tip and trick available into world-class sandwiches. The components section will include the key tenets of any sandwich – think bread, sauces, fillings, condiments and adornments of all kinds. Sandwich recipes range from incredibly easy, such as A Prawn Cocktail Sandwich and A Hot Cross Bun Sandwich with Salted Caramel Ice Cream, to more time-consuming, such as A Porchetta Sandwich and A Tuna Katsu Sando. Max’s World of Sandwiches enables home cooks to learn all the tips and tricks of sandwiches, and ultimately to create the sandwiches of their dreams.
