Double bill of classic 'Doctor Who' television serials. 'Invasion of the Dinosaurs' (1975) is the last storyline to feature Jon Pertwee as the Doctor. When a group of scientists who want to return the Earth to a time before technology use dinosaurs to try and force people to flee the cities, the Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith (Elisabeth Sladen) set out to stop them. In 'The Android Invasion' (1975) the Doctor (now played by Tom Baker) and Sarah Jane believe that they are back on Earth when the TARDIS lands near what seems to be a peaceful English village. But why is the local pub deserted? And who are the spacesuit-wearing figures with guns for fingers? The intrepid pair set out to discover the truth.
The Master (Roger Delgado) has stolen some top secret information giving details of one of the most destructive weapons in the known universe, and it is up to the Doctor (Jon Pertwee) to get that information back. The Doctor's quest takes him to the planet Uxarieus, where he becomes caught up in a dispute between the human settlers and the Interplanetary Mining Corporation. Meanwhile, the Master remains at large, and with murderous robots and rampant lizards to contend with, the Doctor's search for the all-important doomsday machine become evermore difficult.

They eventually find what they are looking for in a cave system at the centre of a newly-formed planet. But the P7E's computer has ideas of its own, and doesn't look kindly upon its new visitors.
Spanish sci-fi comedy written and directed by Nacho Vigalondo. After a one-night stand he doesn't remember, Julio wakes up in the apartment of Julia, who likewise can't remember what happened between them. Faced with an awkward situation already, their morning is made even worse when they realise that an alien invasion is happening outside and that much of the city has been evacuated. Told to stay indoors while the extraterrestrial threat is dealt with, any hope of a relationship forming between the two is jeopardised with the arrival of Julia's jealous boyfriend Carlos...
Another adventure for the intrepid time traveller. While visiting a Galactic Tollport, the Doctor (Sylvester McCoy) and Mel (Bonnie Langford) win a trip to Disneyland in 1959. On board the spacebus they meet Chimeron queen Delta, whose people have been wiped out by mercenary Gavrok (Don Henderson) and his men. Knocked off course by a satellite, the bus in fact delivers its passengers to the Shangri-La holiday camp in Fifties Wales, but while the Doctor becomes determined to make the most of the break - and Delta embarks on a romance with Earth mechanic Billy - Gavrok is not far behind. Watch out for a guest appearance by Ken Dodd as the Tollmaster.
The Starship Enterprise is sent to escort the Klingon chancellor to peace negotiations with the Federation. When the chancellor is assassinated, the Klingons refuse to continue negotiations unless Captain Kirk (William Shatner) and Dr McCoy (De Forrest Kelley) are tried for the chancellor's murder in a Klingon court. Kirk and McCoy are sentenced to life imprisonment in a penal colony, leaving Spock in charge of the Enterprise and the only one who can solve the riddle of the murder.
The longest 'Doctor Who' story ever. The Doctor (Colin Baker) is put on trial by his people the Time Lords for interference in the affairs of others; three segments of his past and future are presented as evidence. 'The Mysterious Planet' shows the Doctor and Peri (Nicola Bryant) in a battle with a megalomaniac machine on the planet Ravalox, but what are the mysterious 'secrets' it protects? 'Mindwarp' shows the Doctor apparently betraying Peri to the vile Sil (Nabil Shaban) and the Mentors - can the Matrix be falsifying the evidence against the Doctor? In his defence he presents 'Terror of the Vervoids', a future story where the Earth is threatened by evil plant life forms. In the final two episodes, 'The Ultimate Foe', the Doctor learns the truth about his prosecuting counsel, the Valeyard (Michael Jayston), and has to enter the Matrix to battle for his remaining lives. This was Colin Baker's last story as the Doctor.

Tom Baker stars as the enigmatic Time Lord in this classic two-part adventure. Lured there by a fake distress call, the astronauts are being experimented on by the deadly Sontarans in preparation of a full-scale invasion of the planet. Can the Doctor defeat Sontaran Field-Marshall Styre (Kevin Lindsay) and save the world?
The TARDIS materialises in an English quarry where Sarah is involved in a rock fall. When she is rescued, she is clutching a stone hand, which takes control of her and forces her to take it into the core of a nuclear reactor. The Doctor (Tom Baker) arrives too late to stop the hand from regenerating into an alien lifeform known as Eldrad, who demands to be returned to her home planet of Kastria. The Doctor obliges, but all is not as it seems with Eldrad. This was Sarh Jane Smith's last adventure with the Doctor, although she later returned in 'K-9 and Company', 'The Five Doctors' and 'Downtime'.
The hugely popular 'Star Wars' film series draws to a close with this dark sci-fi adventure which sets the stage for the events of 'Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope' (1977) and brings the saga full circle. Classic 1950s sci-fi. Philanthropic Dr Reemer (Leo G. Carroll) has developed a new radioactive serum that can make animals grow at an enormous rate, and he plans to use it to help solve the world's food shortage. But when an accident in the lab leads to the serum infecting a tarantula, the situation suddenly becomes much more serious. Escaping into the desert, the deadly giant tarantula starts hunting human prey, and it's up to square-jawed doctor Matt Hastings (John Agar) and Reemer's assistant Stephanie (Mara Corday) to track it down and destroy it.

Noah Kross is an enforcement officer with The Humanity Bureau, a government organisation tasked with searching society for those who qualify for a fresh life in New Eden, a utopian community dedicated to those in the most need. Leaving the safety of New America on his latest assignment, Noah meets Rachel and her son, finding an unexpected connection to the pair that drives him to investigate the New Eden selection process and it's ulterior motives. Embarking on a pursuit of the now rogue Noah is Adam, a government enforcer out to shut down Noah's growing sense of distrust and rebellion. Beginning a chase across the wilds of the apocalyptic land, Noah reevaluates his duty as he makes critical discoveries about the true intentions of The Humanity Bureau.
