At last! A nutritional advice book that dispels the myths that food manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies have shoved down our throats to keep us sick, fat and tired. This book exposes the REAL cause of weight loss and control. A brilliant regime and tool for healthy eating. Written in simple language for the layman.
