A very informative book about the body and nutrition especially for the Plant-Based High-Protein world. Also it contains 90 different recipes what I like about them is that I can cook multiple meals in one session and just fill my fridge with them and when I have a busy day I’ll just grab one of them and enjoy the taste!

Wow ! This book has made it really easy to me to hit my macro goals on a daily basis with a lot of nice delicious recipes! The info is great and each recipe comes with nutrition info, prep time and storage info which has all been really useful! I am really happy to get this book. Highly recommended for all!!

Oh my God, I love this book !!! I have tons of vegan cookbooks, but, easy recipes with ingredients you may already have, I can't wait to try everything in this book !!

I’ve definitely got what I was expecting for when I bought this cookbook, Honestly, this book has changed the way I live my life now.
I tried the customizable 30-day meal plan and it has helped me A LOT!
Also, all the recipes have storage information and COMPLETE macro profiles!
Tasty, healthy, and easy to make recipes which also has helped me to reach my fitness goal I literally can’t ask for me

Pictures of the most beautiful recipes.
Knowing great meal recipes and meals is great, I love making weekend meals. While I enjoy cooking, this is a good cookbook for any busy person. Not filled with recipes that take at least an hour to appear on the table, the book is filled with delicious and simple recipes. I haven't cooked all of the recipes in the book, and it might take some time to cook them all - but the recipes I tried were delicious. It was hard even to decide what to cook and can't wait to prepare it. It's a book that inspires you to make so many delicious foods.
