especially for a broad audience. 2. The cases included in this book
will draw on real-world examples developed by advanced doctoral
students and faculty in the fields of leadership and adult
development. 3. Each case will be relatively short, so will allow
instructors to introduce and explore multiple cases within a single
course as a supplement to their current reading assignments.
