In 'Blair Witch' (2016), college student James Donahue (James Allen McCune), accompanied by a group of friends, ventures into Maryland's Black Hills Forest in search of his missing sister who disappeared 20 years earlier while searching for evidence of the Blair Witch. After an uneventful hike deep into the woods, the group begin to feel a menacing presence in their camp as the night draws on. When a number of mysterious figures then appear in the trees around the camp, the panicked group begin to realise that the legend is real and more sinister than they could have imagined...

Sci-fi action feature directed and co-written by Guillermo del Toro. Gigantic monsters known as Kaiju rise up from the Pacific Ocean and invade Earth. As they rage war, killing millions in the process, the human race defend their planet with the use of special robots called Jaegers which are controlled neurally by their pilots. However, even these magnificent machines have trouble defeating the Kaiju. With their armed forces dwindling, mankind puts its faith in ex-pilot Raleigh Becket (Charlie Hunnam) and trainee Mako Mori (Rinko Kikuchi). Together they must control an early Jaeger model in one last attempt to save Earth.

Steven Spielberg directs this adaptation of Roald Dahl's novel starring Mark Rylance as the Big Friendly Giant. After coming up with a cunning plan, the pair head back to London to see if the Queen (Penelope Wilton) can help them tackle the problem of the bullying, child-eating giants.

The team find themselves with only eight night-time hours to explore the maze-like underground tunnels, find their target and uncover the awful truth.

Meanwhile, the sisters' mysterious uncle Jim Turner (Spall), who lives in a houseboat and is thought of as a pirate by the Walker children, has become the target of secret agent Lazlow (Andrew Scott). When Jim is taken captive the Walkers and the Blacketts put aside their rivalry and band together on a mission to discover what happened to him. The cast also features Jessica Hynes, Richard Bremmer and Harry Enfield.
