He makes friends with Green Martian Tars Tarkas (Willem Dafoe) and falls for humanoid princess Dejah Thoris (Lynn Collins), a Red Martian he saves from a hostile Tharks tribe.

With his strength and fighting skills enhanced because of the lower level of gravity, he leads the Martians in a war against their long-time enemy, the Zodanga state, and attempts to save them from extinction when their air supply shuts down. Steven Spielberg directs this drama based on Michael Morpurgo's novel about a boy who searches for his horse after it is taken away to serve in World War I. Growing up in Devon, Albert (Jeremy Irvine) trains his horse, Joey, and forms a strong bond with the animal. Joey is taken from his owner, however, when he is sold to the French as a war horse. Joey touches the hearts of those he meets as he serves in the cavalry. Too young to become a soldier himself, the determined Albert sets off on a journey in the hope that he can save his beloved horse from the horrors of war. Tigger thinks this a very foolish suggestion, as he is the only tigger in existence - or so he thinks. In fact, this proves to be the start of an exciting adventure in which Tigger discovers his long-lost family members. In 'Pooh's Heffalump Movie' (2005) Pooh hears a strange noise in the woods and he and his friends are convinced that the dreaded Heffalump has come to do them harm. Pooh, Piglet and Tigger set out to capture the beast, but Roo (Jimmy Bennett), who is told he's too small to join the search party, meets Lumpy the Heffalump (Kyle Stanger) face-to-face and discovers he's not the bad guy he's been made out to be.

In 'Underdog' (2007), after an accident in the mysterious lab of mad scientist Dr. Simon Barsinister (Peter Dinklage), an ordinary beagle named Shoeshine (voice of Jason Lee) finds himself with extraordinary powers, and the ability to talk. Armed with a fetching superhero costume, Underdog vows to protect the beleaguered citizens of Capital City and, in particular, a beautiful spaniel named Polly Purebred (voice of Amy Adams). When a diabolical plot by Barsinister and his overgrown henchman Cad (Patrick Warburton) threatens to destroy Capital City, only Underdog can save the day.

Real-estate agent Jim Evers (Eddie Murphy) is given the task of shifting Gracey Manor, a delapidated old house in New Orleans, and decides to visit it with his family. With the help of supernatural psychic Madame Leota (Jennifer Tilly), the family must battle to break the mansion's curse before the clock strikes 13.

Whoopi Goldberg double bill. In 'Sister Act', Deloris Van Cartier (Goldberg) is a lounge singer with aspirations to be a star, but instead becomes the star witness to a mob murder. She goes to the police, is put into the state witness protection scheme and sent to a nunnery run by a starchy Mother Superior (Maggie Smith). Whilst there Deloris tries to fit in, but finds that everything she does seems to annoy her fellow nuns - until she discovers the choir. In 'Sister Act 2 - Back in the Habit', Deloris is asked to resume the habit of a nun so that she can help raise funds for an ailing ghetto school. Deloris agrees to go undercover as the school's new music teacher.

Bruce Willis re-teams with 'Sixth Sense' writer-director M. Night Shyamalan for this tense, atmospheric thriller.
