Alejandro Amenabar writes and directs this psychological thriller starring Emma Watson and Ethan Hawke. Set in 1990 Minnesota, the film follows Detective Bruce Kenner (Hawke) as he investigates the disturbing case of John Gray (David Dencik), who, although having no recollection of the incident, admits to sexually abusing his 17-year-old daughter Angela (Watson). As Kenner conducts his investigation, he finds there is more to the case than it seems and that it may be connected to similar crimes across the country.

The story follows the surreal adventures of hippie Coel (Robert Corff) and his new girlfriend Cilla (Elaine Giftos) who meet various colourful characters who have also survived the deadly gas leak. They travel to a commune where some remaining survivors have grouped together to try to start a fresh human civilisation in the wake of the devastation.

On the morning of 7th August 1974, Philippe Petit (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) began a walk 1,350 feet above the ground between the Twin Towers in New York City. Using just a balancing pole to keep him upright, Petit attempted to make a journey that no man had ever made before, with hundreds of onlookers gazing up from below. The cast also includes Ben Kingsley, Charlotte Le Bon and James Badge Dale.

Alex Cox's story of William Walker (Ed Harris), an American soldier of fortune, whose Latin American escapades in the mid 1800s continue to have ripple effects in US policy today. Rodney Ascher directs this documentary about those suffering from sleep paralysis. The feature interviews eight affected people and uses expert testimonies to shed light on the condition which immobilises sufferers while they are suspended in a transitional state between being awake and asleep but are still fully aware of their surroundings. Accompanying symptoms include the appearance of terrifying hallucinatory figures, referred to as shadow men, that victims are physically unable to fight off and other disturbing visions. Sufferers discuss their various experiences of the condition and how they try to combat the afflictions on a daily basis.

Seeking revenge and filled with a murderous rage, Barker sets up a barber's shop above Mrs Lovett's premises. Now calling himself Sweeney Todd, Barker kills off all his customers with a razor to the throat and sends their cadavers to the shop below to be used as a tasty new filling for Mrs Lovett's meat pies. What was once the worst pie shop in London quickly becomes one of the city's most popular eateries, but Barker won't be satisfied until he can lure Judge Turpin into the barber's chair... In 'Don Juan DeMarco' (1994) Marlon Brando plays a psychiatrist whose last case, that of Don Juan (Depp), is his most difficult. Don Juan is the world's greatest lover, having seduced over 1000 women, and his amorous tales totally captivate the analyst, re-awakening passions which he thought had been lost forever.
