Amma Asante directs this British period drama inspired by the 1779 painting of Dido Elizabeth Belle and her cousin Lady Elizabeth Murray. Dido (Gugu Mbatha-Raw) is the daughter of English Naval captain Sir John Lindsay (Matthew Goode) and an African woman. Sent to England to be raised on the Kenwood House Estate by her uncle, Lord Mansfield (Tom Wilkinson), Dido quickly realises that her ethnicity is problematic in upper class society. Though her cousin Elizabeth (Sarah Gadon) accepts her friendship immediately and the girls become inseparable, Lord Mansfield and Lady Mansfield (Emily Watson) are tormented by the question of Dido's social status. As Dido points out, it leaves her in a somewhat lonely position to be deemed 'too good' to dine with the servants and 'not good enough' to entertain visitors, but when she meets dashing young lawyer John Davinier (Sam Reid) she discovers an Englishman who accepts her as she is and offers his hand in marriage. Can the couple's love overcome the conventions and prejudices of the time?

War drama produced and directed by Ernst Gossner. Set in the Dolomite Mountains in 1915 at the outbreak of war between Italy and Austria, William Moseley stars as Andreas Gruber, a young man preparing to get married to his childhood sweetheart Francesca (Eugenia Costantini). As Andreas is sent off to fight up in the mountains he painfully leaves his love behind giving her a firework to set off if she gets into trouble. Can the pair's love for each other keep them together or will the carnage of war tear them apart?

Viggo Mortensen, Kirsten Dunst and Oscar Isaac star in this thriller adapted from Patricia Highsmith's novel by Hossein Amini, who makes his directorial debut. In 1962 wealthy married couple Chester and Colette MacFarland (Mortensen and Dunst) are in the Acropolis of Athens, Greece, when they meet shady tour guide Rydal (Isaac). Rydal is immediately taken with the beautiful Colette and doesn't hestitate when the couple invite him to dine with them. Later in the evening, however, he begins to realise that Chester is hiding a dark secret and soon finds himself embroiled in murder. Rydal helps the MacFarlands evade the authorities but his feelings for Colette cause tension between him and Chester, making the already precarious situation even more dangerous.

Written, directed and starring Eric Sykes as a workman whose individual aptitude is nil and along with his sidekick (Tommy Cooper) they are mutually chaotic, disorganised and magnets to disorder. Set with the task of laying the floorboards of a house they are faced with catastrophe when one of them uses the last plank as firewood and they are then forced to track down a spare plank.

Although seemingly straightforward its anything but and makes for hysterical entertainment with Sykes as his finest.

Asian-American comedy directed by Junya Sakino following Sebastian (Eugene Kim), an aspiring internet star, who takes his Japanese cousin Naoto (Gaku Hamada) on a journey across California to find his lost love. Along the way, Sebastian, who has successfully integrated himself into the American way of life and grown tired of the stereotypical view Westerners have of Asians, grows frustrated with Naoto, who embodies all the traditional values of his home country...

The film follows multiple crews from the previous four films as they battle it out in Las Vegas for the chance of securing their own show in the entertainment capital of the world. The supporting cast includes Briana Evigan, Izabella Miko and Adam G. Sevani.

Judd Nelson and C. Thomas Howell star in this sci-fi drama directed by Brian T. Jaynes. When small-town sheriff Jim Taylor (Holt Boggs) suspects that the legend of the Sasquatch might not be a legend after all, he teams up with Mafioso Zeke (Howell) to hunt the creature that has baffled scientists for years. As they get closer to the truth the pair realise that they are not just hunting one animal but that they are up against an entire army.

Classic German silent film directed by Georg W. Pabst. When Thymian (Louise Brooks), the young daughter of chemist Robert Henning (Josef Rovensky), discovers that her father has got their housekeeper Elisabeth (Sybille Schmitz) pregnant, she begins to wonder if she knows who her father really is. When Elisabeth's body is found after an apparent suicide, Thymian seeks refuge in the arms of Robert's assistant Meinert (Fritz Rasp) who takes advantage of her leaving her distraught and with child. After giving up the unwanted baby she falls into a job as a prostitute and starts on a downward spiral to destruction.

Double bill of fantasy action films. '300' (2006), adapted from Frank Miller's comic book series, is a modern retelling of the Battle of Thermopylae of 480 BC, when the 100,000 strong invading Persian Army of King Xerxes was held back in a narrow mountain pass by 300 Spartans. King Leonidas (Gerard Butler) is given four days by Persia's King Xerxes (Rodrigo Santoro) to lay down his arms and surrender. Rejecting the proposal, the battle ensues, and the Spartans are only defeated by the treachery of local shepherd Ephialtes (Andrew Tiernan), who shows the Persians a secret route, enabling them to outflank their opponents. In the second film, '300: Rise of an Empire' (2014), based on Miller's graphic novel 'Xerxes' and set before, during and after '300', Athenian General Themistocles (Sullivan Stapleton) leads the Greek Army in a war against the invasion of King Xerxes I, naval commander Artemisia (Eva Green) and their Persian forces. Themistocles allies with the Spartans but they are still outnumbered by Xerxes' men. Who will be victorious? The film was co-written by Zack Snyder and Kurt Johnstad and also stars Lena Headey, Jack O'Connell and Hans Matheson.
