The volume brings together 14 works which aim to reflect on the problems of translation and interpretation from and into Iberian languages. This collection examines the influence of lexical meaning on the functions of verb aspect. A systematic distinction is made between grammatical aspect and aspect-sensitive verb-classes (Aktionsarten) defined in terms of the boundary features or phase structures of what they refer to. Among the aspect categories discussed, emphasis is given to the completive/non-perfective opposition (including aorist, imperfect, progressive) and the 'perfect' form. In addition there is discussion of the 'proximative' and the 'ingressive' and the question of the relevance of aspect-sensitive verb-classes for (actional) verb periphrases. The volume on word formation is the third part of a comprehensive new grammar of Middle High German. It is the first study to process and present MHG word formation from the systematic foundation of a comprehensive structured corpus of MHG manuscripts (1070a "1350). Thus the volume closes a gap between the approaches to presenting OHG word formation and the various studies of word formation in Early New High German. The account of MHG word formation mainly follows a semantic approach and presents word formation from semasiological and onomasiological perspectives. Ce recueil met en lumiere quelques axes novateurs dans la recherche actuelle sur la diachronie du francais, presentes lors de la sixieme edition du colloque international Diachro, qui s'est tenue a Leuven en octobre 2012. Le premier axe, methodologique, a trait a la valeur heuristique de la traduction. Les textes traduits constituent en effet des sources privilegiees pour etudier le changement linguistique, surtout si la langue du texte cible constitue une etape evolutive ulterieure de la langue du texte source, comme c'est le cas de textes latins traduits en francais a differents moments de l'histoire. Ils permettent de saisir sur le vif les changements du latin au francais, ayant provoque l'emergence d'un nouveau systeme linguistique. Un second axe de recherche concerne la diachronie recente. L'approche historique etant souvent associee a l'etude de la langue medievale et (pre-)classique, la periode recente a ete peu exploree dans cette perspective.
