America's dry southwestern climate preserves untold numbers of rock
art sites within its far-flung network of canyons, cliffs and
caves. It's a poetic domain of holy people and ceremonies in a
magical land of earth and sky. The Native art in this booklet
ranges from America's oldest (10,500-14,800 years old) to a recent
Navajo sand-painting created and then ritually destroyed as a
necessary part of a healing ceremony in 1993. My painter-wife, Erma
Martin Yost, and I were struck by the beauty of this rugged region
when we first visited in 1976 and now, after four decades, we
continue to return whenever we can. We typically fly to
Albuquerque, Grand Junction or Las Vegas and then point our rental
car in the direction of the Four Corners, taking in the wide vistas
so opposite of our eastern home. We follow the trail of the rock
art and talk with locals, gaining a sense of understanding while
making new discoveries. We know we will never see all the rock art
or its secret canyon repositories but each site we visit offers its
own clues to the riddles left by the first Americans. This booklet
is a collection of images and stories gathered from 40-years
walking, observing and photographing.
Themes of Spirit is photo essay. It is assembled more than 160 art
and photo. Three themes are found. Mind - Body is portrayed.
Archangel Raphael is described to oversee illness or adaptation to
comprehend the angels. Raphael is named 'God will Heal'. A common
interpretation are course corrections to the path of God. The
topics of redemption is considered; although the themes of the
essay are more to develop a language than seek forgiveness of sins.
Dr. Carl Jung wrote of his early word association experiments. The
theory was to find evolutionary sentience from Neanderthal. A
lexicon or a dictionary is found of angels and spirit; such as to
suggest an angelic language. It is analogous to excessive hair
growth. The elbow is then provided to be rapport spirit to body.
The origin or processes to get such phenomenon is assessed. You
then mix adverse portrayals of God and to find illnesses. Five
Archangels are found. Process of the angels to actually create
sentience creatures is noted. I received inquiry of why Cardiac
patients have a heart attack to emotionally important days. The
essay closes to consider heart patients; whose cases should really
be followed by a doctor.

A photo essay about the four days of protest that forced the
Egyptian military to remove the Islamist Egyptian president Mohamed
Morsi. "Witnessing the largest protest I have ever seen, I was
compelled to capture the people's excitement and participation. In
a country so deeply divided after the initial uprising in 2011,
people put aside their differences and took to the street to call
on Morsi to resign." - Khaled Sayed According to statistics
published by Google Earth, this protest was the largest single
gathering in human history.

Angels is photo essay. It is composed of dozen upon dozen color art
and photo of Angel and Miracles. A most common description of
Angels is messenger from God; while a most portrayed miracle is
Archangel Gabriel in the 'Annunciation' to Mary to give birth to
Jesus. Topic include assorted types of angel; such as to find art
of Guardian Angel, and to suggest all in theory to be escorted
through lifetime by Guardian angel. I provide art of miracles to
heal and save, and to consider the angels to provide miracles. The
essay has interpretation of actions to be seen of fairies and
sprites; so to joke, prod or offer direction. Angels to heal or
save have two Chapter of Jesus Christ; so prayers are said to call
upon or invoke the Lord Jesus Christ to resolve illness. He is
shown only son of the true God. Miracles occur of the skills or
accomplishment of God; while to be called beyond known human
ability. I suggest a most prominent miracle to be those to save a
life; while it is common to note case of one or two such incident
to a life. They are found from angel, and are noted to be common of
set story; so angels occur set into a limited portrayal within a
canon or accepted basis. Chapters include art of the five
Archangels; while note Gabriel is called miracles of strengths to
God. Michael is portrayed warrior angel, and to be defender of
valor. Raphael is named 'God will heal', and is said to oversee
illness or distresses from heaven. He claims responsibility to
correct persons to a course of the Lord. Archangel Uriel oversees
the infrastructure to words, and is said similar of swamp or
desert, etc.. Uriel is noted responsible to oversee man - woman
relationships. My most favored art is of the Christ, and I have
prepared art of set of symbols to form a basis in music. Collection
or series of symbol create an overhead star. Jesus Christ is then
form of story to the true lessons of God. Other topic include
Avatar or avenging angels; such as to destory or assault cities in
retaliation of wrongs. I review Lucifer or the fallen angel of the
dawn; although the name is noted only once of the Bible in Isaiah
14. You find better Gothic art of fallen angel; such as to siege or
attempt to slay 'The City of God'. A dejected appearance offers
human view of the principle. Reference is provided by Augustine to
deny God to likely have relations to lady or man; although animal
like relations is said to avenge harms given to God. I also review
cases of one principled demon; such as to name and describe the
frowns of Jesus at the demon 'Legion'. He was unable to be chained,
and portrayed numerous and violent; so to live only amongst the
tombs. He was drowned by being cast into herds of swine. I have
case study of Goddess Beatrice from Dante's 'The Divine Comedy',
and Beatrice is shown in form to be a cat. See very excellent study
of living angel and their antics. Angels to provide prophecy, false
hope and comforts are noted from the Christ. Theory of world spirit
as angels are discussed; such as to suggest the 'not I' used to
walk humanity into an east. I suggest most prominent case of angels
to be to find a technology to unite or redeem earth from such
symdrome. The essay is closed at series of art of who and why
encounters angels; such as those to get threats of lose to life,
illness of the faithful or those that pray to heal harms. Study is
made of the songs of God to provide humanity resource, and the
logos are found renamed 'the word of God'. The Christ of Gospel of
John noted an eternal phenomenon.
Franklin Delano Roosevelt visited Georgia forty-one times between
1924 and1945. This rich gathering of photographs and remembrances
documents the vital role of Georgia's people and places in FDR's
rise from his position as a despairing politician daunted by
disease to his role as a revered leader who guided the country
through its worst depression and a world war. A native New Yorker,
FDR called Georgia his "other state." Seeking relief from the
devastating effects of polio, he was first drawn there by the
reputed healing powers of the waters at Warm Springs. FDR
immediately took to Georgia, and the attraction was mutual. Nearly
two hundred photos show him working and convalescing at the Little
White House, addressing crowds, sparring with reporters, visiting
fellow polio patients, and touring the countryside. Quotes by
Georgians from a variety of backgrounds hint at the countless lives
he touched during his time in the state. In Georgia, away from the
limelight, FDR became skilled at projecting strength while masking
polio's symptoms. Georgia was also his social laboratory, where he
floated new ideas to the press and populace and tested economic
recovery projects that were later rolled out nationally. Most
important, FDR learned to love and respect common Americans -
beginning with the farmers, teachers, maids, railroad workers, and
others he met in Georgia.
