The third and final book in Cornelia Funke's internationally
celebrated trilogy - magical, thrilling and mesmerising. 'I don't
think I've ever read anything that conveys so well the joys,
terrors and pitfalls of reading' Diana Wynne Jones on Inkheart Life
in the Inkworld has been far from easy since the extraordinary
events of Inkspell, when the story of Inkheart magically drew
Meggie, Mo and Dustfinger back into its pages. With Dustfinger
dead, and the evil Adderhead now in control, the story in which
they are all caught has taken an unhappy turn. Even Elinor, left
alone in the real world, believes her family to be lost - lost
between the covers of a book. But as winter comes on there is
reason to hope - if only Meggie and Mo can rewrite the wrongs of
the past and make a dangerous pact with death ... A thrilling and
magical series about stories and the imagination they inspire Book
1, Inkheart, is now a major movie starring Andy Serkis, Paul
Bettany and Brendan Fraser! Cornelia Funke is the
critically-acclaimed, internationally bestselling author of Dragon
Rider and The Thief Lord
The mice are captivated by Matisse and the cats are exploring the Surrealists' room ... what else is going on in the gallery?
This quirky and creative search-and-find book takes children, room by room, through a wonderfully illustrated gallery, where an array of animals are enjoying everything from Impressionism and Surrealism to Pop Art and Cubism. Each room is filled with strange and astonishing works of art, with things for children to spot and information that introduces artists and art movements. There's a cat in a bowler hat, a cheesy Matisse, and plenty more to capture children's imaginations as they enter the gallery for the first taste of the beautiful world of art. Perfect for children aged 6 and up.

This book 'The Buckle My Shoe Picture Book' is one of many 'Toy
Books' by Walter Crane and contains the stories Buckle My Shoe, The
Gaping-Wide-Mouth-Waddling Frog and My Mother. Many of the earliest
children's books, particularly those dating back to the 1900s and
before, are now extremely scarce and increasingly expensive. Pook
Press are working to republish these classic works in affordable,
high quality, colour editions, using the original text and artwork
so these works can delight another generation of children. About
the Illustrator: Walter Crane (1845-1915) was one of the earliest
contributors to children's literature and one of the most
influential illustrators in the development of children's' colour
picture books. Crane began working for Edmund Evans in 1864
producing bright, colourful children's books which revolutionised
the type of children's books available. He created a series of 'Toy
Books' between 1865-1875 which contained fairy stories, nursery
rhymes and other tales of adventures. His wonderful Japanese
influenced illustrations with their bright, bold, flat colour and
black outline never failed to entertain both children and adults.
Jane Roberts was the average girl next door until she and her
best friend, Scarlett Harp, landed their own hit reality show, L.A.
Candy. But life on camera is getting complicated. . . .
When racy photos of Jane are leaked to the press, she becomes
the center of a tabloid scandal. She turns to costar Madison Parker
for help, but does Madison really have Jane's back?
Scarlett's got a scandal of her own. She's fallen for a guy
who's strictly off-limits--which means Scarlett has a big secret to
keep. But nothing stays secret for long in Hollywood.
In television star Lauren Conrad's dishy, entertaining novel
about young Hollywood, the lies are only as sweet as the people
telling them.
This book 'A Masque Of Days, From The Last Essays Of Elia' was
originally published in 1901. The masque was a courtly feast
involving dance, theatre, music and song popular in sixteenth
century Europe and this work is a charming allegorical tale in
which the guests at such a masque are The Days of the year, whose
invitations are brought to them by twelve foot-pages called The
Hours. Guests include Pay Day, who arrives late, Rainy Day dressed
in wet stockings, and Wedding Day, who wears his marriage finery.

Old MacDonald Had a Farm is the E-I-E-I-Oh! classic that introduces
baby to the world of farm animals and the different ways each has
of talking - the pig with his oink-oink, the cow with her moo-moo,
and the baa-baas, cluck-clucks and quack-quacks that fill the
farmyard.
