He then spends his time moving between the homes of his three sisters and although at first they are weary of having their pot-smoking hippie brother living with them they grow to love his eternally positive and honest manner.

Self-made property developer Thomas Crown (Steve McQueen) masterminds a successful billion-dollar bank job, even though he has no need of the money. Beautiful insurance investigator Vicky Anderson (Faye Dunaway) begins to look into the case and instinctively picks Crown out as the major suspect. Thus begins an intriguing cat-and-mouse game, with Crown treating Anderson to a fine old time - beach buggies, gliders, kinky chess games - as the pair try to simultaneously seduce and outwit each other. Marcelo Machado's documentary charts the history and influence of the late 1960s Brazilian counter-cultural movement known as Tropicália. Taking its name from an installation created by Hélio Oiticica in 1967, the Tropicália movement was an artistic response to Brazil's military dictatorship of the time, encompassing theatre, poetry, and music. In addition to combining both the popular and the avant-garde, the movement was also noted for fusing traditional Brazilian culture with foreign influences. The film revisits the movement's legacy through the use of archive material and the participation of leading Tropicália figures of the day, including Gilberto Gil and Caetano Veloso.

War film following a small group of young Americans as they attempt to thwart a national invasion by the North Korean army. After closing down the American electrical grid, militant North Koreans fly into the United States with the intent of gaining control of the entire country, but when US Marine Jed Eckert (Chris Hemsworth) realises what is happening he gathers a small group together, including his brother Matt (Josh Peck), at his father's log cabin in the woods. Using this as a vantage point, he then rounds up what weapons he can and proceeds to lead his own war on the invading army.

1960s black comedy horror starring Lon Chaney Jr. Chauffeur Bruno (Chaney Jr.) watches over Virginia (Jill Banner), Ralph (Sid Haig) and Elizabeth (Beverly Washburn), the three inbred, grown-up children of the Merrye family who have inherited a genetic condition which turns them into demented, feral beings. While Peter (Quinn Redeker) and Emily (Carol Ohmart), who have come to claim the Merrye mansion as their own, are visiting, Bruno has to leave the house for a short time. The siblings take the opportunity to wreak havoc and when Bruno returns he realises he must go to drastic measures to stop the 'Merrye Syndrome' from spreading.

Family comedy following a robot who goes AWOL. A reclusive inventor, Newton Crosby (Steve Guttenberg), is responsible for the development of a range of robots that have the capacity to destroy entire cities. At a military demonstration, one of the robots is struck by lighting and is given a life of its own. The authorities decide that this is dangerous and want the robot terminated. Number Five (voice of Tim Blaney) duly goes into hiding with a fanatical animal lover, Stephanie Speck (Ally Sheedy), who believes he is an alien. Will she be able to protect him?

Patricio Guzmán directs this cinematic essay set in Chile's Atacama desert. A meditation on time, space, astronomy and history, the film follows astronomers and archaeologists at work in the desert. Meanwhile, a group of women sift through the sand nearby searching for evidence of the bodies of their loved ones, political prisoners held in concentration camps run by Pinochet's regime.

Second feature length version of the anime TV series that mixes history and science fiction. The Elric brothers, Edward (voice of Romi Pak) and Alphonse (Rie Kugimiya), lead an attempt to recapture a prisoner who has escaped from a facility in Amestris. When the brothers track down the fugitive, known as Melvin Voyager (Toshiyuki Morikawa), they are impressed by his alchemy abilities and intrigued by his story. Apparently Melvin broke free from the prison despite only being weeks away from a legal release. Melvin also has connections to another intriguing figure, Julia Crichton (Maaya Sakamoto). The Elrics set out to track down the girl but are waylaid on the way when their train is hijacked by a wolf-chimera. Will the brothers be able to recover control of their own destiny and get to the bottom of the mystery surrounding Melvin?

Horror sequel in which a species of violent prehistoric piranha continue to terrify a small town. The chaos unleashed in 'Piranha' (2010) by a group of the omnivorous fish, set free by an earthquake that split the floor of a lake, may only have been the beginning. The tests of marine biologist Carl Goodman (Christopher Lloyd) indicate that these fish were only adolescents, suggesting their parents would be even fiercer adversaries. When the piranha make their way into the town's plumbing system, the terror spreads. Soon swimming pools and even the town's brand new waterpark are infested by the bloodthirsty critters. Can the town's residents, marshalled by survivor of the first movie Deputy Fallon (Ving Rhames), find a way to combat their sharp-teethed tormentors?

Maverick Japanese director Sion Sono writes and directs this irreverently zany, three-and-a half hour, black-comedy drama which captures a year in the life of 17-year-old Yu (Takahiro Nishijima). Yu falls into sinful ways after the death of his saintly mother and his father's subsequent ordainment to the Catholic priesthood. Yu's speciality as a petty criminal is taking sneaky camera shots up girls' skirts while he ostensibly performs elaborate martial arts moves. He falls in love with rough diamond Yoko (Hikari Mitsushima), but their future together comes under threat when the creepy Koike (Sakura Ando) goes all out to lure Yu into his religious cult.
