Pierre Coffin and Kyle Balda direct this feature-length spin-off and prequel to the 2010 hit 'Despicable Me'. Throughout history, and before Gru, the Minions have served many a despicable master, including Genghis Khan, Napoleon and Dracula. But having contributed to their masters' downfalls through a series of mishaps, the Minions find themselves living in Antarctica with no one to serve. A number of years pass and it isn't until 1968 that dispirited Minions Kevin, Stuart and Bob (all voiced by Coffin) set off to New York City to attend a villain convention and find themselves a new master. Here they meet the ambitious and dastardly Scarlet Overkill (Sandra Bullock), who, with the help of her husband Herb (Jon Hamm), plans to take over the world...
DJ Adrian Cronauer (an Oscar-nominated Robin Williams) causes uproar when he arrives in war-torn 1965 Saigon to take over the early morning radio show. His irreverent humour soon offends the top brass, in the form of Lt. Steven Hauk (Bruno Kirby), but Cronauer becomes a hit with the GIs. Meanwhile, Cronauer shows a more sober side to his character in his romance with Trinh, a local Vietnamese woman (Chintara Sukapatana).

Together, they must put their new-found abilities to the test and work as a team to save the Earth from the evil Dr. Doom (Toby Kebbell).

Bruce Robinson's celebrated cult comedy starring Richard E. Grant and Paul McGann. It's the end of the 1960s and two out-of-work actors, Withnail (Grant) and 'I' (McGann), subsist on a diet of booze, drugs and fags in their revolting Camden flat. In order to escape the depressing nexus of visits from their dealer and the months of untouched washing-up, they escape to the country, with the intention of getting some R and R at a cottage owned by Withnail's uncle Monty (Richard Griffiths). However, things do not exactly go as planned, Withnail being particularly unsuited to the quiet social mores of countrypeople. The pair's friendship starts to become sorely tested amid the vicissitudes of their 'holiday'. More ominously, uncle Monty appears in person seemingly with something of an eye for 'I'.

The story opens with the murder of two Romanians, a woman and her young daughter, who crash their car along a rural road and are promptly butchered by a shadowy figure. Meanwhile, in Bucharest, schoolteacher Clementine (Olivia Bonamy) climbs into her car and drives to the isolated mansion that she inhabits with partner Lucas (Michael Cohen), not far from the site of the murders. Soon the couple overhears someone stealing their car, but a call to the police accomplishes little. The lovers gradually realise that an outsider is attempting to break into the house with homicidal intent.
Guy Hamilton's classic war film looks at how England defended itself from the German aerial onslaught of the summer of 1940. Laurence Olivier plays Sir Hugh Dowding, the air chief marshal whose fleet outmanouevre the Luftwaffe, despite a numerical disadvantage; and those few to whom so many owed so much are portrayed by an all-star cast including Michael Caine, Kenneth More and Ralph Richardson. F.W. Murnau's classic silent version of the German folk story. Faust (Gosta Ekmann) is an alchemist and scholar who becomes an unwitting pawn in a wager made between the Devil (Emil Jannings) and the Archangel Michael. The Devil sends a plague upon Faust's village, and Faust manages to find a cure, but only after entering into a terrrible bargain which could see his soul damned forever. The Devil then tempts Faust with eternal youth and the love of the beautiful Gretchen, but the scholar continues to struggle with his fate.
Systems engineer Chuck Noland (Tom Hanks) says goodbye to his girlfriend Kelly (Helen Hunt) and heads off on a flight to South America. En route the plane crashes into the Pacific Ocean, leaving Chuck as its only survivor. Luckily, there is an uninhabited island nearby and Chuck manages to swim to safety. After a failed attempt to escape on an inflatable raft, Chuck accepts that he is unlikely to get back to civilisation and begins to make the most of what he has around him. Four years later he is still on the island, having adapted extremely well to his new environment, but decides the time is right to make another attempt at the long journey home and sets off for a remarkable adventure on a makeshift wooden raft.

Steven Spielberg directs this drama based on Michael Morpurgo's novel about a boy who searches for his horse after it is taken away to serve in World War I. Growing up in Devon, Albert (Jeremy Irvine) trains his horse, Joey, and forms a strong bond with the animal. Joey is taken from his owner, however, when he is sold to the French as a war horse. Joey touches the hearts of those he meets as he serves in the cavalry. Too young to become a soldier himself, the determined Albert sets off on a journey in the hope that he can save his beloved horse from the horrors of war. Benedict Cumberbatch, David Thewlis, Emily Watson and David Kross co-star.

After visiting local gangster Cyril Kinnear (John Osborne), Carter is threatened and advised to head back to London. Jack refuses and descends further and further into the city's underworld as his investigations begin to pay off. His search is merciless, unrelenting and fraught with danger and it becomes clear that he will stop at nothing to exact his own brand of justice.
Two hundred years after Ellen Ripley died bearing the Alien Queen, a group of scientists successfully produce a clone both of her and the alien. The new Ripley is different to the original in several respects, but some things never change.
