Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Banks, Will Arnett and Morgan Freeman lend their voices to this CGI-animated comedy based on the line of toys made by Lego. The wicked Lord Business (Will Ferrell) is determined to destroy the Lego universe and rebuild it using glue - which goes against the very nature of Lego. Mistaken as the 'Special', the only surviving Master Builder, the rather ordinary Emmet (Pratt) is selected to lead a group of figures on a mission to put a stop to Lord Business's evil plan. Emmet is helped by wise wizard Vitruvius (Freeman), tough girl Wyldstyle (Banks) and DC superhero Batman (Arnett), but can he find something extraordinary within himself in order to save the world? The film also features the voices of Channing Tatum, Liam Neeson, Nick Offerman, Alison Brie and Jonah Hill. The film won a BAFTA for Best Animated Film and was nominated for Best Original Song at the Oscars.
Steven Spielberg directs this drama based on Michael Morpurgo's novel about a boy who searches for his horse after it is taken away to serve in World War I. Growing up in Devon, Albert (Jeremy Irvine) trains his horse, Joey, and forms a strong bond with the animal. Joey is taken from his owner, however, when he is sold to the French as a war horse. Joey touches the hearts of those he meets as he serves in the cavalry. Too young to become a soldier himself, the determined Albert sets off on a journey in the hope that he can save his beloved horse from the horrors of war. Benedict Cumberbatch, David Thewlis, Emily Watson and David Kross co-star.
Having boarded an aeroplane ready to embark on a school trip to France, Alex (Devon Sawa) suddenly has a premonition that it will explode. He tries to convince his friends to disembark, causing so much trouble that he and six others are eventually ejected before take-off. Shortly afterwards, standing in the departure lounge, they see the plane destroyed in a mid-air explosion. Later, after three of the ejectees have died in strange circumstances, Alex becomes convinced that death feels cheated, and is now trying to collect back the debt. Can Alex convince his other friends of this before they too meet their untimely ends?
Documentary about eccentric English artist Andrew Logan, focusing in particular on his creation of the now-cult event The Alternative Miss World. In the exuberantly eclectic spirit of Logan's own artwork, director Jes Benstock uses a mixed-media collage of archive footage, photographs, animation and commentary from Logan and various figureheads from the worlds of art, fashion, music and theatre to give an insight into a world where the flamboyant, the spectacular, the outrageous and the anarchic reign supreme.

Gábor Takács-Nagy conducts the Verbier Festival Chamber Orchestra.
Romantic comedy starring Drew Barrymore and Justin Long. Vowing to keep things light, the two embark on a fun short-term fling, hampered only by the antics of Garrett's eccentric roommate. But as the time comes for Erin to leave, they both realise they feel more deeply for one another and decide at the last minute to try a long-distance relationship - despite repeated warnings from their friends. Can they overcome the challenges posed by the many miles that divide them and do what it takes to 'go the distance'?
George P. Cosmatos directs this Western starring Kurt Russell and Val Kilmer. Hoping for a more prosperous lifestyle, retired lawman Wyatt Earp (Russell) moves to Tombstone, Arizona, where he meets up with his friend Doc Holliday (Kilmer). The duo, along with Earp's brothers, soon incur the wrath of a notorious gang of outlaws known as The Cowboys which ultimately leads to the infamous showdown at the O.K. Corral. When The Cowboys retaliate by attacking two of his brothers, killing one of them, Earp becomes even more determined to seek justice.
They say love and money don't mix, but you can't blame Harry Lockhart for trying. Lights, camera, plenty of action! Shane Black (Lethal Weapon) provides the screenplay and makes his directing debut in a clever fusion of buddy movie and hardboiled noir produced by Joel Silver. Robert Downey Jr., Val Kilmer and Michelle Monaghan play the thrust-together trio - a naive schemer, a tough-as-nails gay detective, and a hopeful actress clinging to her dream. Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang. Box set featuring three films from writer-director M. Night Shyamalan. 'The Sixth Sense' (1999) begins with child psychologist Malcolm Crowe (Bruce Willis) being shot by a former patient, who then also kills himself. Feeling responsible for the death, Crowe sees a chance to assuage his guilt by helping the troubled young Cole Sear (Haley Joel Osment), who claims to be haunted by ghosts. As the bond between the doctor and his charge grows, Crowe becomes more and more estranged from his wife, who he suspects of having an affair. In 'Unbreakable' (2000) David Dunn (Willis again), the sole survivor of one of the worst train crashes in US history, is unable to explain why he should have been spared the terrible fate which befell all his fellow passengers. But then, when he meets the mysterious Elijah Price (Samuel L. Jackson), he is encouraged to begin asking himself important questions. Why has he never fallen sick? Why has he never been injured? What purpose could there be to his special gifts? In 'Signs' (2002) widower and ex-minister Graham Hess (Mel Gibson) reassures his two young children that everything is going to be OK when crop circles begin mysteriously appearing in the fields of Bucks County, Pennsylvania. But sightings of an alien figure around the Hess farm, along with news that crop circles are appearing all over the world, soon has everyone anticipating the worse. All the signs point towards an extra-terrestrial visitation, but will it be a friendly encounter or a hostile invasion?
Austrian commandant Major Otto Hecht (Roger Moore) is carrying out Hitler's orders to loot ancient art treasures on the Greek island of Athena, unaware that local resistance leader Zeno (Telly Savalas) is hatching a plot to defeat him. A group of freedom fighters land on the island to battle the Nazi forces, freeing the slave labour prisoners in the process.
Animated adventure from popular director Tim Burton. Set in a 19th century European village, the film follows the story of Victor (voiced by Johnny Depp), a young man who is whisked away to the underworld and wed to a mysterious Corpse Bride (Helena Bonham Carter), while his real bride, Victoria (Emily Watson), waits bereft in the land of the living. Though life in the Land of the Dead proves to be a lot more colourful than his strict Victorian upbringing, Victor learns that there is nothing in this world, or the next, that can keep him away from his one true love.
Darren Aronofsky directs this elegaic time-travelling odyssey, in which Hugh Jackman and Rachel Weisz star in a series of storylines about a man's struggle to save the woman he loves. In one storyline, 16th-century Spanish conquistador Tomas Creo (Jackman) sets out to find the fabled Tree of Life in order to save his queen, Isabel (Weisz) from the Inquisition. In a modern-day storyline, Jackman is Tommy, a scientist desperately searching for the medical breakthrough that will save the life of his cancer-stricken wife, Izzie (Weisz). In a future timeline, Tom (Jackman) is a 26th-century astronaut travelling through deep space - and finally beginning to grasp the mysteries of life that have consumed him for so long.

Alfred Hitchcock directed this adaptation of the Daphne du Maurier novel - his last British film - before leaving for Hollywood and a contract with David O. Selznick. Young orphan Mary (Maureen O'Hara) arrives in 18th century Cornwall to live with her Uncle Joss (Leslie Banks), the landlord of Jamaica Inn. After finding work as a barmaid, Mary discovers that Joss commands a band of pirates who smuggle contraband from wrecked ships. Mary is further unnerved by the ever-present Justice of the Peace, Sir Humphrey Pengallan (Charles Laughton).

Time travelling adventure adaptation starring Neil Dickson in the title role. New Yorker Jim Ferguson (Alex Hyde-White) is spontaneously transported back in time to the skies of 1917 and finds himself in the middle of an aerial battle during the First World War. It transpires that he is the time twin of Royal Flying Corps pilot James 'Biggles' Bigglesworth, meaning that whenever one of them is in trouble, the other is transported through time to come to their aid. As Biggles embarks on his latest dangerous mission against the Germans, Jim struggles to maintain his normal life back in the '80s and explain his unusual disappearances to fiancée Debbie (Fiona Hutchison), while his services are repeatedly called upon by his assigned twin.
Collection of five western feature films. 'The Searchers' (1956) tells the story of Ethan Edwards (John Wayne), an ex-confederate soldier who swears revenge after his brother's family is butchered by Comanches and his niece (Natalie Wood) is kidnapped. Accompanied by Martin Pawley (Jeffrey Hunter), Ethan sets out on an epic seven-year search for the missing girl. In 'Pale Rider' (1985) a community of gold mining prospectors comes under attack from a gang of marauders who are after the prospectors' land. Young Megan Wheeler (Sydney Penny) prays for help, which consequently arrives in the form of the Preacher (Clint Eastwood), a grim, silent stranger. In 'The Wild Bunch' (1969), set in 1913, a gang of outlaws (William Holden, Ernest Borgnine and Warren Oates, amongst others) ride into a Texan border town where the railroad office is their target. The robbery turns into a blood-bath so the gang flee to a desert hideout where they discover that their loot is worthless... In 'Rio Bravo' (1959) Sheriff John T. Chance (Wayne) is holding a murderous villain in his cell while waiting for a magistrate to collect him for trial. The criminal's associates are desperate to free him and will stop at nothing to achieve their goal... 'How the West Was Won' (1962) traces the fortunes of several generations of an American pioneer family as they move West and cope with the Civil War. The film's several sections were made by different directors, including Henry Hathaway and John Ford. Spencer Tracy narrates, while Henry Fonda, Gregory Peck, James Stewart and John Wayne top the all-star bill.
Ridley Scott directs this drama starring Geena Davis and Susan Sarandon. Waitress Louise (Sarandon) persuades her friend Thelma (Davis) to escape her sexist husband and join her on a road trip. When they stop off at a country bar, Louise ends up saving Thelma from an attempted rape - shooting and killing the rapist in the process - and the women consequently find themselves forced to go on the run. Along the way their money is stolen by a handsome cowboy (Brad Pitt) and they begin holding-up convenience stores to get by, feeling strangely liberated by their new-found assertiveness. The cast also includes Harvey Keitel, Michael Madsen and Christopher McDonald.
