Animated adventure from popular director Tim Burton. Set in a 19th century European village, the film follows the story of Victor (voiced by Johnny Depp), a young man who is whisked away to the underworld and wed to a mysterious Corpse Bride (Helena Bonham Carter), while his real bride, Victoria (Emily Watson), waits bereft in the land of the living. Though life in the Land of the Dead proves to be a lot more colourful than his strict Victorian upbringing, Victor learns that there is nothing in this world, or the next, that can keep him away from his one true love.
Adventure drama based on the novel by Elleston Trevor. The story revolves around the plight of Captain Frank Towns (Dennis Quaid), a pilot whose C-119 cargo plane full of oil workers could not withstand the violent winds of a desert sandstorm. Stranded in the harsh terrain of Mongolia's Gobi Desert, Frank and his navigator face a challenge in maintaining order among the survivors. The group of oilmen had planned on an uneventful trip to shut off a group of rigs falling below their productivity expectations - not fending for their very lives. Before long, some men are revealed as cowards, while others exhibit a surprising show of strength, all the while hoping that the wreckage of the original plane can be salvaged.

One of several adaptations of Conan Doyle's classic tale, this one is considered to have the best portrayal of Sherlock Holmes, by Peter Cushing. Holmes is called in when Sir Charles Baskerville seemingly falls prey to the family curse: a hell-hound which is said to haunt the moors of Devon. However, rather than investigate personally, Holmes opts to send his trusted colleague Doctor Watson (André Morell) to take up residence at Baskerville Hall to protect Sir Charles' heir, Sir Henry Baskerville (Christopher Lee) and attempt to get to the bottom of the mystery. But Holmes is not far away and on-hand to unravel the mystery.

The robbery turns into a blood-bath so the gang flee to a desert hideout where they discover that their loot is worthless... In 'Rio Bravo' (1959) Sheriff John T. Chance (Wayne) is holding a murderous villain in his cell while waiting for a magistrate to collect him for trial. The criminal's associates are desperate to free him and will stop at nothing to achieve their goal... 'How the West Was Won' (1962) traces the fortunes of several generations of an American pioneer family as they move West and cope with the Civil War. The film's several sections were made by different directors, including Henry Hathaway and John Ford. Spencer Tracy narrates, while Henry Fonda, Gregory Peck, James Stewart and John Wayne top the all-star bill.

War drama starring Mira Sorvino and Gabriel Byrne. At the height of World War II, English journalist Kate Davis (Sorvino) becomes trapped within the besieged city of Leningrad. Joining forces with a makeshift band of survivors in the famished city, the two women battle to stay alive throughout the devastating 800-day siege.
