The book you need right now is finally here! From beloved spiritual
teacher Michael A. Singer-author of the New York Times bestseller,
The Untethered Soul-this transformative and highly anticipated
guide will be your compass on an exciting new journey toward
self-realization and unconditional happiness. Now more than ever,
we're all looking to feel more joy, happiness, and deeper meaning
in our lives. But are we looking in all the wrong places? When our
sense of wholeness depends on things or people outside ourselves-
whether it's a coveted job, a new house, a lavish vacation, or even
the perfect relationship-sooner or later we're bound to feel
unsatisfied. That's why we must look inside for real freedom, love,
and inspiration. But how do we begin, and what do we do if we don't
like what we find there? Living Untethered is the book to reach
for. At once profoundly transcendent and powerfully practical, it
provides clear guidance for moving beyond the thoughts, feelings,
and habits that keep you stuck-so you can heal the pain of the past
and let your spirit soar. On each page you'll discover a deeper
understanding of your emotions, learn where your thoughts and moods
come from, and uncover your natural energy flow. Finally, you'll
find freedom from the psychological scars, or samskaras, that block
you and keep you from reaching your highest potential. It's time to
stop struggling and start experiencing. This miraculous book will
show you how to put the spiritual teachings of Michael A. Singer
into practice every day, and propel you toward a life of
liberation, serenity, openness, and self-knowledge. Isn't it time
you started Living Untethered?
Psychologists have long realized that the ancient Greeks had deep
insights into the human psyche which, whether they realized it or
not, they expressed through their mythology. Peter Lemesurier's new
book offers a way of using these insights directly as a startling
new method of self-healing and self-realization. In the full
tradition of Joseph Campbell, James Hillman and Karl Kerenyi, it
applies the dynamics of the Greek myths to quite overwhelming
effect - as many who have used the approach report. Basically, the
system is homeopathic, in that it encourages co-operation with each
currently controlling god in turn (once identified via a simple
diagnostic test) thus allowing that god to "move on". By the same
token, therefore, it gives readers full permission - perhaps for
the first time in their lives - to be who they really are, removing
all the stultifying effects of chronic guilt about themselves. But
first, discover your god...
A BOLD NEW VISION FOR A NEW WORLD
Our way of life isn't working anymore. People are losing their
jobs, their homes, their neighborhoods--and even their hope for a
just society. We urgently need a new story to live by, based on
fairness--not simply on the accumulation of wealth and "survival of
the fittest."
"The Bond "offers a radical new blueprint for living a more
harmonious, prosperous, and connected life. International
bestselling author Lynne McTaggart demonstrates with hard science
that we are living contrary to our true nature.
In fact, life doesn't have to be "I win, you lose; "we have been
designed to succeed and prosper when we work as part of a greater
whole. "The Bond "proves that we are weak when we compete, and
thrive only when we cooperate and connect deeply with each other.
In this seminal book for our age, McTaggart also offers a complete
program of practical tools and exercises to help you enjoy closer
relationships--across even the deepest divides--encourage a more
connected workplace, rebuild a united neighborhood, and become a
powerful, global agent of change.
The Mindful Law Student is an innovative guide to learning about
mindfulness and integrating mindfulness practices into the law
school experience. Through the use of metaphor, insight,
mindfulness practices, and relaxation, and self-care exercises,
students are reminded of the tools they have long carried with them
to navigate the exciting and challenging environment of law school
and the practice of law. Scott Rogers brings readers on a journey
through the law school experience with seven hypothetical students
who experience situations that make tangible the challenges,
benefits, and promise of mindfulness. He provides real-world
examples of applying mindfulness in law school using language of
the law to impart mindfulness insights and practices. This novel
guide is an approachable and valuable resource for any law student.

In picking up this book you have just taken the first step towards
discovering that everything about yourself is worth exploring. You
are an amazing complex and exciting being. You already know it is
very necessary to feel well, be healthy and full of vitality. In
Body Mind Connections, a revised and extended edition of Essential
Connections Felicity Mackinnon continues to provide a unique
perspective on the body and its complexities. And especially the
unity of the body and mind. In this beautifully presented book
virtually the whole body is explored giving the broadest view of
how and why the body's functions, processes and emotions and
irrevocably interlinked. the book excellently demonstrates how
these determine our health. It makes compelling reading. This book
is full of valuable insights into the cause and effect of what we
do, think and experience, especially our beliefs about ourselves.
Knowing how and understanding why enables us to help ourselves. Our
emotional responses, reactions, feelings and beliefs all impact on
out body: they are one unit. This is about the true wholeness of
the body which is our complete self. Because our body therefore
carries all our experiences, we need to see that there is so much
more to ill-health than just the physical-autonomous body and its
separate parts holding the symptoms and the illness. Our energy is
the key. Its source, its quality and influence need to be realised,
acknowledged and valued. Therefore easy methods of working on, and
improving it for better health and ways of coping with life's
experiences and relationships, are amply provided here too. You
couldn't do better than have Body Mind Connections as part of your
life and health.

Collaboration The Mind's Eye is a collaboration between the
artist's emotional response to the poems and the immediacy of the
poet's reaction to nature and personal encounters. The Poet Gail
Gowers Cotton is a member of the Poetry Society and the British
Haiku Society. Her poems have appeared in the Societies' journals
as well as in other specialist magazines. She "scatters" her work
by leaving poems on buses, in cafes and tucked into library books.
The Mind's Eye is her second book. Her inspiration comes from
nature and personal encounters including memories of Ireland,
Africa, North Wales and visits to Sydenham Hill Woods, Dulwich
Picture Gallery and the Horniman Museum in South London, where she
now lives. The Artist Pat Keay graduated as a painter at the
Edinburgh College of Art in 1971. She has worked as an artist and
designer in Scotland, Kenya and London and now lives in Worthing.
Read more on www.patkeay.com. The illustrations come from Pat's
spontaneous reaction to the essence, rather than the detail, of a
particular Haiku.
