Hier werden die verfugbaren CMOS Varaktoren naher untersucht, wobei schon eine Vorauswahl fur die prinzipielle Eignung in dieser Arbeit getroffen wird. Kapitel 5 behandelt dann die eigentliche Entwicklung des Oszillators. Die wesentlichen Kriterien fur die Gestaltung und Dimensionierung des Oszillators sind hier ein moglichst linearer Tuningverlauf uber den geforderten Frequenzbereich sowie die Erfullung der Anforderungen fur das Phasenrauschen unter Minimierung der Stromaufnahme. In Kapitel 6 werden die Ergebnisse der Messungen an den Testchips beschrieben. Ausgehend von gangigen Methoden der Bildverarbeitung und der Aufwandsabschatzung fur diese Algorithmen, wird nach einem Softwarekonzept gesucht, das auf der gewahlten Plattform den gestellten Anforderungen entspricht. Der Aussteuergrad der Motorsteuerung wird dynamisch an die Zwischenkreisspannung angepasst. Damit ist eine reine Steuerung ohne Drehzahlruckfuhrung moglich. Eine Inkrementalgeberauswertung mit dem Ziel der Minimierung des Quantisierungsfehlers wurde realisiert. Der Rampenregelung wurde eine Drehzahlregelung mit Vorsteuerung uberlagert. Damit wurde eine schnelle Schlupfausregelung erreicht. Die Mikrocontroller Software wurde mit dem Ziel moglichst hoher Modularitat erstellt. Dadurch stehen nun alle entwickelten Module auch fur andere Arbeiten auf PIC Basis mit einer einfachen Integrationsmoglichkeit zur Verfugung. Ein Windows Computerprogramm fur die Parametrisierung und Messwertanzeige im laufenden Betrieb wurde entwickelt und wahrend der Tests ausgiebig verwendet. Es wurden Umfangreiche Dynamik- und Belastungstests durchgefuhrt und ausgewertet. Die erreichte Dynamik ist gut, die Kuhlung der Leistungshalbleiter ist fur einen Dauerbetrieb an der Leistungsgrenze allerdings ungenugend. Damit steht nach dieser Studienarbeit ein dynamischer, bei Bedarf drehzahlgeregelter, Umrichter mit PC-Messwertanzeige und Parametrisiermoglichkeit zur Verfugung.

Durch differenzierte Gerate- und Produktwahl und geeignete Arten der Installation, sowie den Einsatz dezentraler Techniken, konnen hohe Einsparungen erzielt werden. Aufbauend auf die Objekterkennungssoftware der Kamera, welche die Position eines Objektes in einem Bild in Koordinaten umwandelt, war es meine Aufgabe, nun uber Zeitmessungen ein Signalkonzept zu erarbeiten, um zu verstehen, wie die Signale aussehen, weitergegeben werden und wie lange ihre Verarbeitung dauert. Somit konnte der Gesamtprozess vom Erkennen bis zum Greifen in Teilprozesse aufgeteilt werden, welche sich leichter untersuchen und programmieren liessen. Uber die Dauer der Einzelprozesse konnte eine Totzeit zwischen Bildentstehung und dem Zeitpunkt, wenn dem Roboter die Zielkoordinaten der Greifbewegung zur Verfugung stehen, ermittelt werden. Dadurch kann man im Programm eine Positionskorrektur vornehmen, da sich das Objekt in dieser Totzeit auf dem Forderband unerkannt weiterbewegt. Realisiert wurde diese Aufgabe mit einem DVT SmartImage Sensor und einem Industrieroboter ABB IRB 2400/10. * Zu Beginn wurden die benotigten Zeitmessungen durchgefuhrt, welche zur Entwicklung eines Signalkonzeptes notig waren. Am Ende stand dann ein autonomer Greifprozess.
