Gorgeous and statuesque, this fibreglass femme fatale (Cattrall) helps Jonathan turn his career around, inspiring him to be the best window dresser in town. They are joined on their voyage by a young airline co-pilot who may or may not be Zissou's son (Owen Wilson), a beautiful journalist (Cate Blanchett) assigned to write a profile of Zissou, and Zissou's estranged wife and co-producer Eleanor (Anjelica Huston). They face overwhelming complications including pirates, kidnapping and bankruptcy. Narrated by Alec Baldwin, 'The Royal Tenenbaums' (2001) is about an oddball New York family of former child geniuses. Before their marriage floundered, Royal Tenenbaum (Gene Hackman) and his wife Etheline (Angelica Huston) succeeded in raising three prodigies: business supremo Chas (Ben Stiller), prize-winning playwright Margot (Gwyneth Paltrow) and tennis champion Richie (Luke Wilson). Now, after years of separation, and with the children grown-up and the memory of their prodigy faded, Royal returns to his family and tries to make amends. However, with Royal's history of lies and betrayal, his offspring - who all now have problems of their own - are going to have trouble welcoming him back. In 'Rushmore' (1998) Max Fischer (Jason Schwartzman) is a 10th grade pupil at Rushmore Academy. When her contractions start, she leaps into a taxi, driven by James (John Travolta) who accompanies her not only to the hospital but into the delivery room. Mollie gives birth to a healthy boy, Mikey (voice of Bruce Willis), and soon James is baby-sitting for her while she goes in search of a suitable father. The sequel, 'Look Who's Talking Too' (1990), picks up where the first film left off, with James and Mollie having another baby. Meanwhile, Mikey deals with growing up, the intrusion of a new baby sister Julie (voice of Roseanne Barr) and that daunting rite of passage - toilet training. In 'Look Who's Talking Now' (1993), Mollie is fired from her job, and takes a position in a toy department as a Christmas elf and James lands a job as a private pilot for the vampy socialite Samantha (Lysette Anthony). When the local street dog Rocks (voice of Danny DeVito) is taken home for son Mikey (David Gallagher), Samantha also turns up with her pampered poodle Daphne (voice of Diane Keaton) who Julie (Tabitha Lupien) instantly takes to. Professor Lawrence Wetherhold might be imperiously brilliant, but when it comes to solving the conundrums of love and family, he's as downright flummoxed as the next guy. His teenage daughter is an acid-tongued overachiever who follows all too closely in dad's misery-loving footsteps, and his adopted, preposterously ne'er-do-well brother has perfected the art of freeloading. A widower who can't seem to find passion in anything anymore, not even the Victorian literature in which he's an expert, Lawrence seems to be sleepwalking through a very stunted middle age. When his brother shows up unexpectedly for an extended stay just as he accidentally encounters a former student, Janet, the circumstances stir him from his deep freeze, with often comical, sometimes heartbreaking consequences for himself and everyone around him.
New York vegetable wholesaler Allen Bauer (Tom Hanks) meets and falls in love with the beautiful Madison (Daryl Hannah), but problems arise from her somewhat fishy behaviour. But when Casey uses her head and follows her heart she'll find herself transformed beyond her wildest dreams.
