British comedy adapted by Ayub Khan-Din from his stage comedy 'Rafta, Rafta'. Set in Bolton, the film stars Amara Karan and Reece Ritchie as young newlyweds Vina and Atul, for whom married life is proving far from straightforward. What with his interfering parents (Harish Patel and Meera Syal), the childish pranks of his brother, nosy neighbours and a community that thrives on gossip, Atul becomes so woefully inhibited by the whole situation that his beautiful virgin bride looks set to remain just that, as a consummation of their union becomes nothing short of an impossibility.
Teen comedy double. Lindsay Lohan stars in the survival-of-the-fittest comedy 'Mean Girls' (2004) as Cady Heron, a pretty 15-year-old who has spent most of her life in the wilds of Africa being home-schooled by her zoologist parents. Her upbringing has taught her a lot about survival in the wilderness and the subtleties of animal behaviour, but nothing she has learned can prepare her for the unspoken social etiquette of a mid-American high school, where jocks, cheerleaders, stoners and cool kids jostle for popularity, and a clique of rich and popular girls known as 'the Plastics' rule the school. This group of alpha females, led by 'professional life-ruiner' Regina George (Rachel McAdams), is initially contemptuous of Cady but then accepts her as a new member. Cady, who in the meantime has become friends with punky misfits Janis and Damian, starts to get close to the 'mean girls', initially out of curiosity - but it isn't long before she's enjoying the buzz of being one of the most popular girls in the school. However, when she inadvertently crosses the line by going on a date with one of Regina's ex-boyfriends, the gorgeous Aaron (Jonathan Bennett), the Plastics go on the warpath, and Cady must pay for her initiation into their mean Plastic world. In the made-for-television sequel 'Mean Girls 2' (2011), 17-year-old tomboy Jo Mitchell (Meaghan Jette Martin) moves to a new school where she befriends fellow social outcast Abby Hanover (Jennifer Stone), and together they take on the 'Plastics', led by uber mean girl Mandi Weatherly (Maiara Walsh).

Comedy, in the 'screwball' style of the 1930s, directed by and starring George Clooney. Set in the 1920s, the film stars Clooney as Dodge Connolly, a brazen yet charming American Football captain who is determined to guide his team to glory. However, his plans suffer a major blow when the players lose their sponsor and the future of the entire league is subsequently thrown into doubt. But when Dodge convinces college football star Carter Rutherford (John Krasinski) to join the team, he hopes that the struggling new sport will finally capture the nation's attention. Carter is a war hero who single-handedly forced a group of German soldiers to surrender in the First World War. His good looks and incredible speed on the field make him seem almost too good to be true, and reporter Lexie Littleton (Renee Zellweger) sets out to prove just that.
Maddie thinks she’s found the answer to her financial troubles when she discovers an intriguing job listing: wealthy helicopter parents looking for someone to “date” their introverted 19-year-old son, Percy, and bring him out of his shell before he leaves for college. But awkward Percy proves to be more of a challenge than she expected, and time is running out. She has one summer to make him a man or lose it all.

In the second film Foley (Murphy) is called off a credit card case when his Beverly Hills buddies are foiled on a trail more suited to his unique skills - that of an illegal arms dealer (Jurgen Prochnow). With Brigitte Nielsen as a James Bond-style hitwoman. Finally in the third film Axel's boss is gunned down in a bungled raid in Detroit, and Axel (Murphy) swears to catch the killers.
