As I travel around the United States and Canada as a safety
consultant and motivational speaker for schools, colleges,
universities, and private industry, I am amazed at the information
found on cooking located in bookstores and restaurants. Why write a
book about popcorn? Because I love popcorn, but more importantly,
like a student in a classroom, I had a need to learn more about one
