Having traveled over 2,000,000 miles to forty-four countries over
35 years, this author has found that people of all cultures
universally share the same basic needs and wants; to love and be
loved, to provide a better life for their children, and more
basically, to experience life without threat. Threat can manifest
in the form of hunger, poverty, illiteracy, illness, or
physical/emotional/spiritual aggression. The 21st century provides
an atmosphere of escalating violence, and terror, amidst the Middle
East in particular, and the world in general. Such as the Roman
Forum prior to the turn of the first millennia after Christ,
mankind seems unable or unwilling to cease participation in the
spiritual morphine of violence whether real or virtual, or
vicarious. This author has written Toward Spiritual Sovereignty, A
New Reformation, and Rosebud, in order to diagnose spiritual
samodaya (Buddhist terminology for emotional craving), and use
knowledge and wisdom from masters of ages past to refocus the
spirit of man (spiritus mundi) on a wholesome recreation of the
world community. Every soul has the divine right to determine his
or her sacred path to their unique destiny upon the horizons of
learned choice. Political aggression, (governmental power),
religious aggression (proselytizing), and financial aggression
(voracious capitalism) work against the ends of happiness and
wellbeing. These works are an attempt to advocate for the abolition
of hindrance toward those ends, to advocate, without fetter, for
spiritual sovereignty of every soul.
Atomic Unification is a theoretical guide to oneness. Its primary
hypothesis states that unity of mind, the point in evolution when
the human race becomes one, is our fate. This hypothesis is
realized by synthesizing the unifying principles of scientific
analysis to spirituality. Einstein, Aristotle, Freud, Jung, Jesus,
Buddha, and the classical ideas of other great minds are all
integrated into one unified theory. The merging of science to
spirituality allows every reader to journey through the book and
experience new understandings and insights into the mysteries of
the human spirit and universe at large. AscendingSpirits Atomic
Unification is personable and easy to grasp. There are over 100
detailed illustrations that entertain and assist the reader to
clearly understand the book's simple message: unification, the hope
of humankind, will be fulfilled.
Purple star is an angelic being, who is a star that shines in the
night sky but also can transform into human shape living on the
spiritual realm. This book is her story to what she has witnessed
with the fight between heaven and hell and how earth is always in
the middle. Purple star is a seerer and can see the path in which
knights and warriors are to take. She is also known as a path
finder as she sees things that others do not. This book is all
based on the spiritual realm known as the angelic realm. She tells
of fights between the light and the dark, a rescue mission and how
her life becomes in danger, and a dark star angel that lives in the
dark and who has fallen in love with purple star, and she knows it,
but they both accept their own path and side they live. Many keep
them apart, and the dark will not release him to be with her in the
light. He is punished many times for protecting her to the point
his life force flows from his body. Together they are a mighty
fighting force their gifts combined, and they would withstand all
that is thrown at them; one protects the other, and nobody would be
able to come between them. The light accepts him as he has harm
none.
This excellent book represents one of the first and best
presentations of Eastern wisdom in the English language. It
concerns ancient Hindu traditions and the Yogic practice of
observing and regulating the breath. We begin with an admission
that Western students are often confused by what exactly Yoga is,
and what it is meant to accomplish. Stereotypes of the yogi as
spindly, dirty and disheveled men commonly seen sitting in fixed
posture at a roadside or marketplace abound. Yet these dismissive
images serve only to neglect the spiritual substance and ancient
wisdom of yogi science. Seeking to dispel the negative stereotypes
and present the vivid truth, Atkinson discusses the multiple
schools of yoga and their general purpose. Some emphasize control
over the body's motions, while others favor inner development of
the spirit. Several however emphasize the control of the breath;
and it a practical explanation of this that Atkinson relays in the
remaining fifteen chapters of this book.
The Human User's Manual aka the Rules of THUM is a simple
collection of exercises and insights which when practiced correctly
enhance and shape a happy life for the reader. This book is a
melding of philosophy and science, but it is not intended to
replace care or treatment from your doctor or replace faith in your
religion. It is instead, a practical and useful tool for those of
us looking to align ourselves with the ebb and flow of our
circumstance.
Throughout my life I have been always on the go, always looking for
the next level. I ve never felt settled and comfortable, always
setting the next goal as soon as the current one nears completion
and pushing myself all the time. With this attitude, I felt myself
under pressure most of the time, and with pressure comes stress,
loads of stress, and the feeling that I never had enough time. I
was burning the candle at both ends, but I concluded that this was
what life required. For those of us who want to thrive and lead a
healthy lifestyle in this high-pressure world of instability,
confusion, constant change, and stress, we couldn t stand a chance
if we were physically or mentally sluggish. So when I got to know
about flotation therapy, I quickly realised that this could be the
natural answer to the stresses of this ever-changing world of ours.
Regular floating can be the way to relax your tired body while
engaging your subconscious mind as you control your thoughts. I
discovered that regular floating made me a healthier and happier
person. I said goodbye to a stressful lifestyle as I exercised and
reinforced my body s capacity for happy thoughts, healing, good
sleep, creativity, and imagination. I had lower blood pressure,
easier concentration, and more energy. I discovered how regular
floating positively changed my life and helped me focus on the
things I want out of life. The powerful technique of floating can
help people, especially go-getters, to achieve their goals, to
become much more centred, and to tackle the issues and problems
that life throws at them easily and calmly. Isn t true that if we
approach our problems in a relaxed state, we stand a better chance
of solving them? So when I was called up to run one of the very
first flotation centres in England, I was completely blown away by
the difference this form of therapy made in my life. The experience
of lying in a tank, a gravity-free environment, experiencing
weightlessness and proper blood circulation, sold me on the idea of
floating regularly. I thought of the millions of people out there
with busy lifestyles like me who could find the results from
floating regularly very helpful. I thought of people who may be
magnesium deficient, who may be at risk of developing or already
suffer from poor blood circulation, diabetes, arthritis, obesity,
stroke, cancer, heart disease, fatigue, and those who may be so
stressed out that they cannot even sleep at night. At the flotation
centre, I started researching flotation and the difference it made
in people s lives. My position at the time facilitated this
research, as I always found the time to chat with all my clients
about their experiences on the day to see what changes regular
floating was making for them. What I found was that there was not
enough information out there about how this fantastic therapy can
be beneficial in the long term. I was so involved with the floating
business that even my spare time was eaten up by research on the
topic, and I promised myself that as soon as the opportunity arose,
I would put pen to paper to let the world know in depth the
benefits of being present within, switching off, and being in
solitude and seclusion while spending some time in a gravity-free,
sensory deprivation isolation tank for just an hour or a lunchtime
holiday. Some of the long-term benefits described in this book will
just blow you away. Read and digest this information and keep the
book close at hand for reference. This is not just intellectual
entertainment, so please do act on this book s contents for the
well-being of yourself, your friends, and your family.
In this book you will read about common life experiences. You will
quickly learn of the uncommon approach by the author. There are
many examples offered and questions asked. Much of this information
has been received via a strong intuitive process. There may be many
surprises along the way that have you contemplating your approach
to the world. Without college degrees or religious protocol, this
author has learned to "listen" to a much more reliable source. The
human condition is changing and it involves everyone, including
you. With an open mind and an open heart, you will be placing
yourself in a position to "listen" to your own intuition. Do not
keep yourself in our current standard of only following the latest
trend or relying on the "experts." Our world is not going to end.
It is changing and moving in directions that allow all of us a much
more desirable experience should we choose. You are not as far away
from knowing how to "listen" to those intuitive thoughts and
feelings as you might think. This book is delivered directly from
such a place. You will find clarity in these chapters that will
cause you to gain understanding and control unlike anything you
have known.
"A Statistic of One: My Walk with Glioblastoma Multiforme"
traces Stephen Hatrak's life from his diagnosis of glioblastoma
multiforme, the deadliest of malignant brain tumors, to the
present. He chronicles the trials and tribulations he faced and the
losses he suffered along his journey. Faith and inner strength are
formidable allies in overcoming any tragedy in one's life, and they
played vital roles in his struggle. He was told from the start that
the he might have twelve months to live; even so, he defi ed the
odds and, six years later, is telling his own story.
Despite the dire statistics associated with a diagnosis of
glioblastoma, there are several stories of long-term survival;
these stories gave him hope that this cancer could be tamed. To
overcome this challenge in his life, he had to believe in himself
and fi nd his inner sixth sense to strengthen his resolve. Along
the way, he learned that life with brain cancer could be tough, but
that he could be even tougher. What cancer cannot do....separate me
from my soul, squash my spirit, and stop the sun from rising in the
east and setting in the west; creating new tomorrows and new
opportunities.
"A Statistic of One" is an uplifting story of faith and
perseverance; how we cope with challenge will determine how we move
forward and live life to its fullest.
"A man was promised riches if he could swim three kilometers; he
swam one and a half kilometers, got tired, and swam back. It takes
the same amount of energy to retreat, so invest it in completion."
Combining powerful concepts and principles from both theology and
business, "So You Want to Be the Master?" delivers tools and
techniques for taking control of your inner thoughts and outward
actions so that you can navigate today's complicated society with
confidence and ease. Joshua Maponga takes an in-depth philosophical
yet practical approach to ten guiding values: privacy, effort,
development, action, self-esteem, sympathy, situations, service,
joy, and direction. He offers insight into each value, how society
has corrupted it, and how you can use it to recover yourself and
succeed in your own life with relationships and in business.
Asserting that "how you believe is how you behave," Maponga shows
you how faith-no matter what religion you follow-directly impacts
your morality and your ability to deal ethically and effectively
with modern issues. Weaving theological wisdom with common-sense
advice and exercises, this inspirational guide will help you master
the art of registering your existence, leaving your footprint, and
impacting the world.

the world. Little does he know it, but he has begun the "hero's
journey" to rediscover a meaning and purpose for his own life. As
Richard travels the Bhutan countryside, he falls deeply in love

Map your habits, set your own goals and treat yourself with the
kindness you truly deserve.
Shahroo Izadi has a revolutionary message: treating yourself kindly is
the only way to make changes that last. She is living proof that her
method works – after years of yo-yo dieting she shed over eight stone
(and has kept it off ever since). Professional training coupled with
personal experience led her to develop The Kindness Method, a totally
non-judgemental approach which turns strict regimes upside down to
leave you feeling empowered, positive and ready to embrace change.
In The Kindness Method, Behavioural Change Specialist Shahroo invites
you first, to give yourself a break - life can be stressful - and then
learn how to strengthen your willpower like a muscle so you can sustain
motivation for the long haul. These techniques may seem gentle, but the
results are life-changing because the plan is tailored to you, and they
can work for everything from alcohol addiction to procrastination to
weight loss. By using the same techniques that she has used to help
substance addicts recover from dependence, you too will find that you
have the power to change – for good.
