Don Keith
R444 Discovery Miles 4 440 Ships in 4 - 8 working days

Understanding Sectoral Determination 14: Hospitality Sector forms part of the Juta’s Pocket Companions series, to complement the highly successful Juta’s Pocket Statutes series.

This book presents a non-legalistic commentary on the specific minimum conditions of employment applicable to persons employed in South Africa in the Hospitality sector. It includes the Bargaining Council Main Agreement for the ‘Bargaining Council for the Restaurant, Catering and Allied Trades’, which is applicable to certain magisterial districts in the Gauteng Province.
