The motivational parts of my life are provided here in unique
fashion. I hope it touches others like it has touched me. A Note To
Quote was written to entertain and encourage at several levels.
First, there is the obvious enjoyment of reading the poetry. The
rhyming is used to create expected rhythm. Second, some words that
may not be well understood are underlined. Then, below the poem
these underlined words are explained. This makes them readily
available. This gives the reader a better understanding of the poem
and it offers a chance to expand vocabulary. For example, the word
contemplation would be defined under the poem as continuous
consideration of victory. This is designed as a fun educational
characteristic. Third, after the reader has read the poem and
thought about its meaning, the author's inspiration is discussed
below the poem for interest. This is the motivational message. A
few may not have discussion but just a note worth quoting. Forth,
motivational thoughts that may be quoted are in italicized and
provide key summaries of the author's opinion. The work is intended
to blend motivation and encouragement with some fun and mystery. is
to be blessed in the land. Or The dream can be conceived if the
action you achieve. Or Each person will need a touch of care so
when the time comes be there. Or If you see through only your eyes
life may be a series of lies. Or If you can round the bend, it may
be straight to the end. www.anotetoquote.com

On March 19, 1995, I was given the most wonderful gift that anyone
could ask. On this day, I was blessed with my daughter, Rachel-Anne
Julia. You really never know how small things are until a gift like
this is given. "Dad" is one of the most honorable titles that you
could be awarded. I have always struggled with making sure that my
daughter always knows that I love her. At first, I worked to make
sure that she would have things, but growing up along side my
daughter has opened my eyes. I have come to realize that the one
thing that I can give her, that will last forever, is memories.
Memories of, not only our life together, but the memories of the
struggles and emotions that I had experienced as a young man in the
hopes of helping to guide her. Within this book you will find
quotes and inspirational sayings gathered throughout my life
experiences. At times, you will identify the writings created by
me. Within these personal writings, I have conveyed my emotions, my
feelings, and my love. To my daughter, this book can serve as a
simple guidebook of suggestions and thoughts from her Father. For
those who honor me with their choice to read this, I hope that I
can inspire you.help guide you.and most of all provide some
writings that will help to facilitate your evaluation of your life
and choices. I hope that one can use this book as an inspirational
and uplifting resource. I know that the four years that it took for
me to complete this body of work I was able to evaluate my life by
using some of the readings. I hope that each of you will be able to
utilize this work for your own self-guiding and self-motivating
purpose.

Life in Mobile Acres is not what it might first appear from behind
the uniform rows of trailers with their neatly organized grounds
and lovely southern trees. The journey into Mobile Acres begins
with the Pierce family relocating to the east coast and into the
mobile home village. Within the pages, we will meet the residents
of fifteen of the forty-eight lots, and the manager, Tony Attwood.
Within each resident's history, we will learn how each of these
individuals come to be in Mobile Acres, a gentle mobile home park
for single wide trailers, located just on the edge of the small
southeastern coastal town of Shallotte, NC. We meet a variety of
characters, building from one to another, relating in some way;
tagging to another. Unknown to all, a tragedy is developing in
their midst, in the form of a pedophile. This tragedy will
ultimately bring the residents of this small village of mobile
homes closer to one another. Life in Mobile Acres is like life in
any given community, people live their lives where they are, some
staying a short while, some settling permanently, some moving on.
In her newest book—written for both lay and professional people
in all walks of life and cultures—author, lecturer, educator,
Angela Browne-Miller presents a set of tools and awarenesses adults
can apply to raising and teaching children and teens. Full of daily
life advice, as well as profound ideas for changing the way we
think about learning, Raising Thinking Children and Teens: Guiding
Mental and Moral Development takes readers into the thinking
processes of young people and shows how to reach them, to help
them, to empower them. "Moral intelligence" is key, and Angela
Browne-Miller explains how to guide young people in developing it.
She likewise explores human potential and ways to raise thinking
children who will maximize theirs. Examining both the folklore and
the scientific debates about intelligence, she shows the danger of
mislabeling and how to watch for and prevent labeling at school, in
the home, and in society in general. The book also treats topics
such as the quality of care and safety in school and preschool
settings, effects of the physical environment on learning, the role
of organization in thinking, childhood stress and hypochondria,
child abuse outside the home, and family violence.
