This book is about a series of exercises to reeducate the brain
cells. This explains the method and system for the psychological
treatment by brain stimulation of the psychologically disordered
object. This provides a possibility to stimulate the simple cells
to assist the complex cells in order to correctly perform the
assigned command. The system reeducates the brain cells by
transferring the same information to various parts of the brain.
Psychoconduction is the process of translating the simplified
symbol to various parts of the brain. The goal is to correct or
replace the complex cells, which can be audio, video, kinesthetic,
and/or olfactory. Those cells have difficulty in processing
information correctly and need to be tuned up and balanced. The
tune-up of the different parts of the brain on the same information
is providing correction to the complex brain cell. This method
provides many patterns of video, audio, kinesthetic symbols. The
patterns of visual, audio, kinesthetic, olfactory, tactile, and
musical information can be based on the binary arithmetic and can
be different from binary base. Those various patterns are called
Litvin's Code. In this book, the patterns are based on binary code.

"Not too Late to Weep" is the story of a boy who faces
unsurmountable trials as he grows into manhood and yet somehow
manages to overcome them without tears. It is not until he is in
his sixties that he begins to face them as though for the first
time. This brings a flood of memories with abubdant tears and he
cries: "Oh God, my loss is greater then I can bear." He faces these
failures and successes honestly, and without reservation, and lets
the written pages record the beautiful and the ugly, the gains and
the losses, and the unforgivness and the forgiven. Weakened by
kidney disease the boy, and later the man, tries to compete in a
world that is unrivaled and alien to him and feels he is inadequate
in every trial. Come along with him as he shares the adventures of
a boy constantly reaching for the next greater 'rush' or to reach
for something that is continually out of reach. And as a man finds
he cannot hold on to his dream and watches it sift through his
fingers like flour through a sieve. And yet the latter years are
better than the former as inner-healing takes place.

Elsie (Elizabeth) Hannaford wrote her book Vision of Canada 2020
- Save Canadian Medicare and Money with great passion and
compassion. Passion for a contented and happy life for all the
people of the Earth and compassion for those most in need of what
sustains life, namely, nutrition and health care.
The book also deals with a variety of important topics:
Where does Canada's future lay? Why Canada needs a huge increase
in its population? How to achieve economic prosperity for all? Why
Canada should build bridges with China and India to make this great
nation the envy of the rest of the world? How Alberta's tar sands
pollute its waters, hurt the wildlife of the region, and debase the
overall environment? How Canada can solve some of the chronic
problems that plague its health care system? Banning of all the
nuclear weapons of the world, and How, oh how, Stephen Harper can
have his long sought but long alluded Conservative majority
Parliament.
In addition, the author pays tribute to the contributions of
institutions such as the University of Saskatchewan as well as to
some of the great men and women of our modern world: Mohandas K.
Gandhi for his non-violent struggle for the independence of India,
Jimmy Carter for his peace making between Egypt and Israel, Bill
Gates and Warren Buffet for their munificence, Oprah Winfrey and
the Canadian diva Celine Dion...even to the Three Stooges for
bringing laughter therapy into this world.
