Throughout my life I have been always on the go, always looking for
the next level. I ve never felt settled and comfortable, always
setting the next goal as soon as the current one nears completion
and pushing myself all the time. With this attitude, I felt myself
under pressure most of the time, and with pressure comes stress,
loads of stress, and the feeling that I never had enough time. I
was burning the candle at both ends, but I concluded that this was
what life required. For those of us who want to thrive and lead a
healthy lifestyle in this high-pressure world of instability,
confusion, constant change, and stress, we couldn t stand a chance
if we were physically or mentally sluggish. So when I got to know
about flotation therapy, I quickly realised that this could be the
natural answer to the stresses of this ever-changing world of ours.
Regular floating can be the way to relax your tired body while
engaging your subconscious mind as you control your thoughts. I
discovered that regular floating made me a healthier and happier
person. I said goodbye to a stressful lifestyle as I exercised and
reinforced my body s capacity for happy thoughts, healing, good
sleep, creativity, and imagination. I had lower blood pressure,
easier concentration, and more energy. I discovered how regular
floating positively changed my life and helped me focus on the
things I want out of life. The powerful technique of floating can
help people, especially go-getters, to achieve their goals, to
become much more centred, and to tackle the issues and problems
that life throws at them easily and calmly. Isn t true that if we
approach our problems in a relaxed state, we stand a better chance
of solving them? So when I was called up to run one of the very
first flotation centres in England, I was completely blown away by
the difference this form of therapy made in my life. The experience
of lying in a tank, a gravity-free environment, experiencing
weightlessness and proper blood circulation, sold me on the idea of
floating regularly. I thought of the millions of people out there
with busy lifestyles like me who could find the results from
floating regularly very helpful. I thought of people who may be
magnesium deficient, who may be at risk of developing or already
suffer from poor blood circulation, diabetes, arthritis, obesity,
stroke, cancer, heart disease, fatigue, and those who may be so
stressed out that they cannot even sleep at night. At the flotation
centre, I started researching flotation and the difference it made
in people s lives. My position at the time facilitated this
research, as I always found the time to chat with all my clients
about their experiences on the day to see what changes regular
floating was making for them. What I found was that there was not
enough information out there about how this fantastic therapy can
be beneficial in the long term. I was so involved with the floating
business that even my spare time was eaten up by research on the
topic, and I promised myself that as soon as the opportunity arose,
I would put pen to paper to let the world know in depth the
benefits of being present within, switching off, and being in
solitude and seclusion while spending some time in a gravity-free,
sensory deprivation isolation tank for just an hour or a lunchtime
holiday. Some of the long-term benefits described in this book will
just blow you away. Read and digest this information and keep the
book close at hand for reference. This is not just intellectual
entertainment, so please do act on this book s contents for the
well-being of yourself, your friends, and your family.

"Not too Late to Weep" is the story of a boy who faces
unsurmountable trials as he grows into manhood and yet somehow
manages to overcome them without tears. It is not until he is in
his sixties that he begins to face them as though for the first
time. This brings a flood of memories with abubdant tears and he
cries: "Oh God, my loss is greater then I can bear." He faces these
failures and successes honestly, and without reservation, and lets
the written pages record the beautiful and the ugly, the gains and
the losses, and the unforgivness and the forgiven. Weakened by
kidney disease the boy, and later the man, tries to compete in a
world that is unrivaled and alien to him and feels he is inadequate
in every trial. Come along with him as he shares the adventures of
a boy constantly reaching for the next greater 'rush' or to reach
for something that is continually out of reach. And as a man finds
he cannot hold on to his dream and watches it sift through his
fingers like flour through a sieve. And yet the latter years are
better than the former as inner-healing takes place.
This is the story of a young boy and his piano. The young boy is an
autistic child with other problems as well, but has a great ability
and passion for music. As he grows older life deals him many
pleasures and, at the same time, as many problems. Success mingles
with loneliness, while optimism and depression alternate between
periods of mental aberration. The story is told by him as he sees
the world through his eyes, which is different from the way that a
normal person might see it. In following his point of view and by
witnessing his reactions it is hoped that the reader might become
more aware and develop a deeper understanding of people whom we
consider to be mentally abnormal and function on a different level.

couples' therapy in several hundred pages of manuscript than
myriads of therapists have been able to accomplish in years of
sessions." ~ Dr. Drew Yellen Ph.D. Sports Psychologist "Can you
please help me understand what it is about sports that takes my son
away from me, when all I want to do is spend time with him talking
about whatever " ~ A Loving Mother
When Joan Caraganis Jakobson's daughter became engaged, she
realized there was so much she wanted to tell her before she left.
But time was running out. Joan started writing out the hard-earned
lessons she had learned over the years. Filled with wonderfully
sassy advice, AND ONE MORE THING...gives daughters information
they'll really use - like what to do when seated next to a boring
person at a dinner party, how to properly arrange flowers, and how
to tell a real designer bag from a fake one. As Joan's daughter
says, Joan may look like a minivan-driving soccer mom with a twin
set and pearls, but this is a woman full of surprises. And so is
the book. Joan tells women: "for God's sake talk about politics and
sex at dinner parties (what else is more entertaining?)" At the end
of the book there are pages for mothers to personalize with their
own advice to their daughters.
This book is about a series of exercises to reeducate the brain
cells. This explains the method and system for the psychological
treatment by brain stimulation of the psychologically disordered
object. This provides a possibility to stimulate the simple cells
to assist the complex cells in order to correctly perform the
assigned command. The system reeducates the brain cells by
transferring the same information to various parts of the brain.
Psychoconduction is the process of translating the simplified
symbol to various parts of the brain. The goal is to correct or
replace the complex cells, which can be audio, video, kinesthetic,
and/or olfactory. Those cells have difficulty in processing
information correctly and need to be tuned up and balanced. The
tune-up of the different parts of the brain on the same information
is providing correction to the complex brain cell. This method
provides many patterns of video, audio, kinesthetic symbols. The
patterns of visual, audio, kinesthetic, olfactory, tactile, and
musical information can be based on the binary arithmetic and can
be different from binary base. Those various patterns are called
Litvin's Code. In this book, the patterns are based on binary code.
