Fundraising: How to Raise Money for Your Library Using Social Media introduces the phenomena that many members, supporters and fundraisers are not using social media to fundraise for their libraries, and may not be aware of its strengths and pitfalls. International Librarianship at Home and Abroad examines both the concept and reality of international librarianship. The intent of this book is not to glorify international librarianship, but to instead explore different ways that international librarianship might be understood and practiced. Cybermetric Techniques to Evaluate Organizations Using Web-Based Data proposes a complete and multifaceted analysis model, integrating quantitative and qualitative measures (extracted from web usability, SEO and design interaction metrics and evaluations) with a purpose of finding potential correlations. The information world has undergone drastic changes since the
publication of the 3rd edition of The Oxford Guide to Library
Research in 2005, and Thomas Mann, a veteran reference librarian at
